Added to a windows 11 PC with not bluetooth. Really easy install. Connects to everything easily. Range amazing. If I leave my house with music playing on my earbuds, it doesn't disconnect until I'm at the end of our road, some 76 meters away from the PC in the house, No obvious distortion

Recently Ive been given a Bluetooth Headset from my company. It was working fine on my laptop however on my PC the range was insanely short. every time I shaked my head the sound was disrupted. So I figured the Bluetooth range on my motherboard was the problem. Buying and using this device the range became insane. the very same headset is working crystal clear on a different floor behind two closed doors as I tested. Super happy with this little device. The other plus point is that it is plug and play. Make sure you disable your Bluetooth drivers if you have one on your motherboard and use this. No driver is needed.

It is truly plug-and-play and works flawlessly. I have it connected to my Ubuntu CPU, and it performs reliably.

Works perfectly. Connected to an older NUC Intel PC used for Home Assistant. Home Assistant recognised it and installed a Bluetooth integration. Now I have whole-house Bluetooth discovery, which I needed for electric blinds in each room that only work with Bluetooth.

Installing this USB device was a breeze, and the item came with a useful leaflet which talked through the steps involved, including the obscure step of how to disable the existing bluetooth on the motherboard. It did not require any driver downloads. All bluetooth adapters add some latency to sound delivery but this afapter is reasonably good, better than the adapter that was built into the motherboard. The aerial gives it better bluetooth range than the built-in option.

I bought this because of its advertised/stated workable range. I could only get good quality audio transmission with the device in the same room as the receiver. In an adjacent room with only a plasterboard partition the audio was so poor as to be unusable. In summary it performs no better than the Bluetooth 3 devices I have. I concede that I may have a faulty/defective device but I yet again have fallen foul of buying cheap products and can't afford the time to follow up. There is another review that has had similar experience, explaining that it could be to lack of driver software which the manufacturer does not provide, buy if you wish but there are alternatives. Check the review first!

Bought to upgrade ver 4.2 bluetooth 20 metre range to 5.3 Bluetooth 100 metre. Couldn't get the 4.2 to cover 5 metre tops in one room! It would cut out when walking between transmitter and receiver. It lagged and distorted reception. These easily sorted it... No such problems. You need to disable PC on board Bluetooth before installation. On Windows Via Device Manager. You may have to remove all your Bluetooth items as well to get access to disable option.

My work computer has one of those integrated Bluetooth things that work terrible. My mouse would lag and wouldn't connect more than 2 devices at the time This things handles my mouse, keyboard, headphones and phone without any problem and the range is also pretty decent. About 10 meters as expected for Bluetooth

I like the ease-of-use and the speeds at which this Bluetooth dongle connects is great for fast connections to any BT device. I would recommend purchasing this, if I were asked for my opinion on this item. Great product!

I had a problem with my existing usb BT which was tp link. It only had a range of about 30 CM so i had to be too close to the pc for it to work. With this adapter now i can literally close my bedroom door and stroll around my flat with a strong signal!! Marvelous
