Only need 1 pill
The thing I like most about this formulation is that I only have to take one pill, and that pill includes both calcium and vitamin D. My doctor has told me to take calcium and D, and it is a lot easier to just take one pill than multiple calcium and/or an additional pill for vitamin D. It's hard to say whether it works or not, but I'm doing my best. I personally think this is a good vitamin and it meets my needs. The pill is a little on the large size, but all calcium pills seem to be large and many formulations require you to take multiple pills, so... It seems reasonably priced and you get enough to last about two months, so as I said, it works for me.

Easy to swallow no taste
I have been taking these for a while now they are really good since I don't drink too much milk. The pills are easy to swallow. And my calcium levels have went up. There is no taste also

Good enough for iodine!
This is good, vegan, oceanic calcium. If you take iodine supplements, it is suggested to get sea bed calcium like this. Product is cost-effective (cheapest option available), one pill daily (that's easy), and keeps Amazon in business!

Helps with pmdd symptoms
Really helps with mood especially during pms/pmdd. Took a few months of consistently taking it to notice. Way worth it!!!
