Nittiya is a Bangkok based company with only one shop outlet in Bangkok. A wonderful shop with every kind of Thai pastes and other ingredients. This curry paste is the the same as sold in this legendary shop. Absolutely authentic. After trying you will never use another.

Worth every penny! Better flavour and thickness than the commercial pots you can buy from the supermarket. Great quantity. I decanted it into smaller pots and put in the freezer for use at a later date. Would definitely buy again!

Very disappointed to receive an out of date packet of thai paste!! It had expired early Aug 2023 and I received it on 30th Aug 2023! Expired food should not be sold without informing the buyer!!

Best Thai curry paste I have every bought. Came recommended by an excellent Thai restaurant who use it if they run out of their own red curry paste. I cut it all up into small portions, bag and keep in freezer. Cant recommend enough. Use with Chaokoh coconut milk, the combination is really authentic.

The best Thai curry paste! I opened and froze individual 50 gram servings to use when needed as this size package is so big!

So lecker. Bei mir wird es immer ein gelbes Curry mit dieser tollen Paste. Ich esse gerne scharf, aber nach thailändischen Standards ist diese Paste mild. Je nach Gewöhnung für Deutsche vermutlich scharf bis etwas scharf.

Il 31 dicwmbres tavo cuconando thai e sapendo che non sarebbe arrivato il pacco con la pasta curry mi sono munita di paprika e peperoncino (lo so lo so, non è la stessa cosa). Manvano cirva 5 minuti all'inserimento della patrika in oentola quando suona il corriere: il pacco contenente il curry wra in anticipo di un paio di giorni (perfect timing). Che dire del prodotto? Fenomenale!!!! E per quel prezzo?!?! Ad ogni modo l'ho congelato a cubetti per facilitarmi la prossima volta. Il sapore è divino.. Non piccante come mi aspettavo, ma meglio così in quanto nella mia ricetta solitamente c'è anche lo zenzero e sarebbe decisamente troppo. Consigliatissimo

Meine Frau kommt aus Thailand und kennt den Nittaya Laden in Banglampoo in dem man Curry Pasten frisch kaufen kann. Es gibt viele Curry Pasten....Nittaya halten wir für am ausgewogendsten, am besten ballanciert, denn die thailändische Küche ist Weltmeister darin die 7 Geschmackssinne in Harmonie zu bringen.... Unserer Meinung nach kann. Nittaya das am besten - wir empfehken dazu Aroy D oder Chao Koh Kokosmussmilch....

habe ich jahrelang im geschäft in bangkok gekauft und gibt es jetzt auch online. für mich die qualitativ beste rote thai currypaste, wo gibt. ich bewahre sie in der originaltüte in der tiefkühltruhe auf, so bleibt sie sehr lange haltbar.
