Bob's Red Mill Semolina Pasta Flour - 24 oz

I love this product! I also appreciate that it is Non-GMO. I usually use it to make bread, and it is some of the best homemade bread I have ever had. One of these days, I will use it to make some homemade pasta, which I know I will also love. Great product!

This semolina flour has the same texture/grain-size as cornmeal, but with much better flavor. We use it during the final stages of pizza making when it's time to form the crust. We'll sprinkle it on the counter to prevent the dough from sticking while forming the crust, then sprinkle it on the pizza peel before laying the newly formed crust down, prior to adding our sauce and toppings. This makes it so easy to slide the uncooked pizza onto the pre-heated pizza stone in our oven. 5-7 minutes later - perfect pizza!
