Exactly as it should be , it has an anti kickback cutting pattern so a safer choice if someone isn't confident with a chainsaw. It's held tension very well as chains can go slack very quickly when first fitted and need tightening a few times until they settle but buy then they have got blunt. Don't forget to get a chain sharpening kit and watch YouTube for advice as there are no small accidents with chainsaws, wear all the proper protective equipment please.

I bought this to replace a worn chain on a superstore chainsaw of unknown heritage and was surprised at the difference it made in use . It seemed to cut easier without any of the snatching associated with its predecessor.well worth the purchase.
