Not so great coffee, no customer care
Bought this as a gift after seeing it on Dragons Den. My wife likes a mocha or coffee with a chocolate flavour. Ordered the double chocolate but it has no chocolate flavour whatsoever. Thought I could still drink it as a normal coffee but it just isn't that nice - almost chemical taste, my kenko in a jar is nicer. Tried to return the remaining jars but beware that Amazon won't accept returns on this product and Littles themselves wouldnt help and said i need to sort it out with Amazon. I'm now stuck with 6 jars we won't drink. Very disappointed with the product, especially at the premium price and they couldn't care less when I contacted them.

Great coffee - but a smashed jar lets it down!
This is very good! So good that this is my fourth purchase. Nice chocolate flavour, not too much. Not cheap but it goes pretty far. (One star deducted from review because a jar was smashed upon receipt. Highly disappointing because as I have already alluded to, this is pricey stuff. Packaging maybe needs a rethink..!)
