22’ RX350 and 25’ Camry programmed no issue
Worked on my 2022 RX Lexus and my husbands 2025 Toyota Camry. Different options each car but each had the ability to disable seat belt chimes and many more options. 7 blinks vs 3 for lane changes, volume of blinkers, what sensitivities for auto headlights and parking assistance volumes, sensitivities. Key fob hold vs single, double press. Lots more. Anyway, cost of unit here plus a month of service, $16.25 after tax and set up our cars. Cancelled service so I don’t get a surprise in a month. If I offer around to friends and family can maybe even knock the entry price down further. Definitely keeping the device. Kind of factored that in after verifying our cars were able to program and cut the void return tape. Good tool! Buy it on sale here or the carista website, depending on who has the sale and purchase a month subscription. No need to buy more than that unless you work at the dealership. Even then mechanics rarely talk to customers. Fleet mechanics don’t usually work on Toyota or Lexus so kind of a limited market but well worth the purchase, imho.

Used with 2025 Toyota Tacoma
Worked perfect for my Gen4 Tacoma. Was able to turn off annoying seatbelt chime and adjust timing and sounds on things like turn.signals and interior lights. Needed to download application and use a subscription but was easy to download and use.

False Advertising - Requires EVO OBD to Customize Vehicle Settings
I purchased this device several years ago in 2024 for my Toyota Tundra to make minor changes to inaccessible settings such as the seat belt chime. I used the device without issue for the one time I needed to. Fast forward to end of 2025 and I attempted to update the settings again but no longer had the option. It only allowed the reading of vehicle outputs and gave hints at making the changes to inaccessible vehicle settings prompting and requiring to upgrade to the more expensive OBD2 scanner in order to do so. Very disappointed and will be researching alternatives. Call me cheap but they took away features only to capitalize on new devices. It’ll probably happen again where the EVO will become obsolete and a new device will take its place.

Great Customization Tool for My 2023 Tundra
I used this on my 2023 Tundra, and it worked perfectly for adjusting several convenience settings. I was able to: Enable one-touch up/down for all four windows (no need to hold the switch) Turn off the seat belt chimes — very helpful when towing my RV and jumping in and out while backing up Set the turn signals to flash six times for lane changes Everything programmed easily and works exactly as expected. The only downside is that the companion app requires an annual subscription, which adds a bit of ongoing cost. Other than that, it’s a great product that gives you control over features Toyota locks down by default.

Yay! No stupid door chimes
Works as advertised. Slow! I would buy the upgraded version for the faster comms, but it does what it should. New Tundra’s chime doesn't turn off as fast as the older ones. SUPER ANNOYING! This fixed that issue and added a couple other decent features. Also, I would leave it plugged in as I drove. Starting noticing the check engine light coming on and throwing codes that do not make sense. Only plug it in to make changes, and the codes stopped. BUT! $100.00 bucks (app and device) to stop the annoying chimes, worth it.

Works great, looking forward to future features.
I just picked this up this morning and have already made some nice changes. My car is a 2024 Corolla Hybrid SE, made in Japan, bought in the US. The main things I wanted to change was (1) to remove the seatbelt warning and (2) enable all windows to be rolled down by using the key fob when the car was off. (1) was easy and worked perfectly. (2) worked as well, but there's a hitch. I also wanted to be able to roll them back up using the key fob but that's not an option as of now. I've seen YouTube videos of other Corolla that do have that feature unlocked so I'm not entirely sure why my car doesn't. In my search for that answer I discovered that the Carista App has a beta version that has a lot of other experimental features. Since those features are a work in progress you've got to understand that is may not work completely up to par. When I signed up to be a beta tester I was hoping that the window roll-up ability would be hidden in there but it wasn't. I don't have access to that at all. "Yet" I hope. I didn't really mess with any of the other features outside of customizing so I can't speak to the other 4 menus I skipped. I'm sure there's some good stuff in there. One last thing I'll mention: As of now the Carista OB2 things for sale on this page comes with a month long trial. In order to get that you've got to select the yearly subscription when you sign up. It won't charge that yearly price until you month is over and you can cancel it before is does. I'm summary, it's pretty neat! I really look forward to what other features these folks are going to bring to us. It's kinda cool!

It's ok, works better with other apps
Carista is very limited with the options that it has on the app , I bought it for my 09 Audi TTS but it's useful with other apps like obd fusion and car scam

no beeps
this thing did just what i wanted it to do, stop my 2026 Tacoma from beeping it's tail pipe off if i didn't put my seat belt on . now no more freaking beeps if im pulling out of my barn or up my driveway.... oh wait,, you do need to pay for a subscription of like $15.00, so that sucks the big one but oh well. im happy.
