The product worked for what it’s created for, but I’ve long since quit purchasing this product because it was always available when I needed it.

Better than more expensive brands
I tried these after choking down a bottle of goli pms supplements. They worked as advertised, but tasted absolutely god awful. I decided to try this brand since they are less expensive and have a higher quantity of gummies than the goli. First of all, these taste so much better it's not even funny. Secondly, they are effective enough for me that I can take one a day instead of the recommended two, so they will last much longer. I generally suffer from bad mood swings and sore breasts about a week and a half before my period, but these supplements truly allieve both of those nasty symptoms. I will continue using them as a part of my daily routine because of the miraculous difference they make in my life.

Taste like old raisins
They are very dry and taste like old raisins. Seems like the bottle isn’t sealed well enough to keep them fresh. Not sure if they work yet.

Hormonal Balance? No.
The product has a good taste and easy to follow directions for usage. I took the entire bottle and it didn't work for me. I didn't notice any significant changes and my cycle is still irregular. I just continue to exercise to help with balancing my hormones. I was hoping this product would be my go-to as some reviews stated.

I was not a fan of the taste at first but then it grew on me. I’m not sure I’m getting what I need out of them but I will buy more and continue to take them.
