Highest quality to price mushroom supplement on the market. I've been taking Lion's Mane (See my review of their Lion's Mane) for months now and the benefits have been life changing. I have shopped multiple brands, always 60g in the $30-35 dollar range. They have been fantastic supplements, but this one is equally as high quality if not better and offers a significant savings/ My previous purchase was one of the more popular brands on here, but I had my reservations due to price (9.99 for 56g). It was clear immediately based on the color of the powder that it was a low quality product. After trying half a dozen brands, I have found that the tell-tale sign of a high quality extract is the fluffiness and light coloring that is present in the quality products. Low quality products are dark, heavy, and do not have nearly the same strength of "shroom smell". The coloring on this product is equisite, and the powder is clean and fluffy. I cannot recommend this brand enough. I really hope Amazon continues to offer it and that they expand their product line (lets see some chaga and reishi!) I will be a customer of this product until they stop selling it. If you're an experienced user, or a beginner, look no further: you've found your new brand.

In the world of medicinal mushrooms things can get confusing fast, and it doesn't help that there are lot of unscrupulous companies out there taking advantage of unsuspecting customers. To simplify things: fruiting bodies = good, mycelium on grain = bad. To understand why, do a search of Jeff Chilton and listen to one of his podcasts. Freshcap Mushrooms uses only fruiting bodies sourced from Nammex (and yes they are sourced from China, which is actually a good thing if you understand anything about medicinal mushrooms!). This is the best value for your money if you are looking for medicinal quality cordyceps. I feel a subtle increase in energy and well-being upon taking it, and with prolonged use I notice increased stamina in my workouts. Cordyceps' benefits are manifold, but for me it really shines in assisting with energy production.

At the time of purchase, I gleaned that there are two types of commercially grown cordyceps on the market. Neither type packs the punch of real, wild cordyceps, but the real thing is so obscure, consider it unavailable. Best approach, I read on Amazon, is to combine the two commercially available products. This seems to be the best offering of the scarcely available version. I combine it with Bulk cordyceps, $ for $ because I want to stretch my money that way. I'm sold! The energy is lovely- the body just says, "Ahhh.." and "Let's do this!" Feelings I haven't felt in a long time. I'm recovering from Bartonella-Lyme that got so bad I almost died of strep B sepsis. Mainstream medicine isn't going to diagnose or cure- LLMD's and holistic healing baby! Hope this helps!

2/3 of the container, empty. 1/3 of the product is in the container. I’m not too happy with that. I’m gonna look for alternatives. 1/3 of the product in the container. 2/3 of the container is air. It’s like purchasing a bag of chips. You open up the bag only to find you don’t have a bag filled to the top.

I’ve been using this product every day since it arrived and I have noticed a positive difference in my mood and energy throughout the day. I mix it in with my coffee in the morning and can’t taste a thing. The little cup it comes with helps me measure the daily dose accurately. Highly recommend!!

Made from the fruiting body and taste is only a 'four star' because it can't taste any better! It could taste alot worse but maybe some people love the taste of mushrooms. Taking three grams a day for the VO2 max improvement post-COVID and won't know for weeks if it benefits me. Also taking Lion's Mane but it is in cap form which I prefer. Good product, down the hatch!
