🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I absolutely love my RainPoint Sprinkler Timer 2 Outlet! I bought this back in March 2024, and it’s been a game-changer for keeping my garden and yard watered without any hassle. The setup was super easy, and the brass inlet feels really sturdy and reliable. I’ve been using it on both automatic and manual modes, and it works like a charm every time. The dual-zone feature is fantastic—I can set different watering schedules for my flower beds and veggie garden, which saves me so much time. The display is clear and easy to read, and the buttons are intuitive, even for someone like me who isn’t super tech-savvy. Timer is easy to install and program and has worked great for the first two weeks. Still dialing in the correct watering amount for our setup, but this timer is easy to adjust and includes a delay setting as well. The only issue I’ve had so far would be a small leak at the spigot connection, but this may be an issue with the spigot.

Was easy to program when I read the instructions... but Worked for about 3 months. Water in the screen. We put it in some rice to see if it can fix it, will update. NOT water resistant. 8/17/25 Update, The rice did fix it and I am going to buy an outdoor box to make sure I install it in so I dont have these issues again!

Worked well for the month I used at the end of the summer. We'll see how it hoes next season

It took a while to figure out how to set How Often to more than once per day. It turns out that when any settings are changed, the Start Time is reset to the first start time of the day. If additional waterings for the day had been scheduled, they won't happen that day and the next watering will be on the next day. The additional waterings will then follow correctly. For instance, at noon I set the Start Time to 6 am and How Often to 12 hours. No watering occurred at 6 pm that day. Waterings were as desired the next day. On another day I changed a setting at 2 pm. The 6 pm watering was canceled. I am now careful to change the settings after the last watering of the day. This trickiness may have been the cause one of the issues mentioned in a 2-star review. Also, it suggests to me that the software quality of the water timer is not the greatest. The (good quality) manual that I downloaded from the Amazon site did not mention this issue. I couldn't tell for sure from Amazon's product description what to expect in the shipment. I only received the water timer, in a plastic bag printed with "Ready to Ship" and only a barcode label. No Teflon tape or printed literature, such as a manual. Is that how the brand new product is shipped, or did I receive something less that that?
