Innate Skin Health Body Clear Vitamin Pack

Acne has besieged my face since middle school... Picture deep, ugly, painful and scarring acne, along with some oh-so-attractive chest and back acne that has fluctuated in severity over time. I, like others, have tried many products over the years and have never really managed to take control of my skin. Sometimes it would seem like something was working, but it would only be to a mild extent or for a work temporarily. I've also tried changing my diet and exercising more but I haven't seen huge or long-lasting impacts with those methods either. These vitamin packs are the ONLY thing, ever, that have resulted in me having CONSISTENTLY clear skin. I can't remember the last time I've had a large/painful/bothersome pimple on my face. If I do have any type of breakout it is to a very small extent and it has only happened when I'm near that time of the month. Other than that, my face is the clearest and healthiest it has ever been. This has helped me to be more confident in everyday life (I don't feel like I need to hide behind a ton of makeup or be disgusted every time I see a mirror, as sad as that sounds), to get a little more sleep (wearing less makeup and not having to deal with ruptured, glaring acne on my face = much less time to get ready in the morning), and overall has just made life so much easier. Acne seriously used to stress me out on a daily basis and now I don't even think about it. I'm on my third month of using them, and the other reviewers are correct- the full effect will take some time so do not be discouraged if you are not getting immediate results. I started noticing some difference in the health of my skin about two weeks into my first pack, and in about a month or month and a half my face was pretty much totally clear. The longer I have used them, the less frequent and less intense my breakouts have become. Now that I'm on month 3 going on month 4, like I said earlier, my face is consistently clear and glowing... I almost can't believe that I've finally found something that works. I only tried these because I had read some positive reviews, was sick of hating my skin and desperate to try something new (I've never tried vitamins or supplements before for acne), and figured it wouldn't hurt to give it a shot. I understand there is no one product in the world for everyone and people experience products differently depending on their skin, but it just so happened that these little gems have worked amazingly well for me (: If you're on the fence, just give these a try!!

I have had acne since I was 12 (so that means I have had bad skin for 18 years). The severity of it fluctuates seasonally but for the past 6 months it has continued to get worse, much worse. Last year I became a vegan and cut out many processed foods. One of my hopes was that my skin would improve, which it definitely did not. I have tried so many things in hope of clearing my skin with little improvement. I have done retinal, antibiotics, birth control pills, natural remedies, etc. The list goes on and on. The only thing I haven't done is Acutane. Two months ago I decided I would make a last ditch effort to fix the problem before I went back to a dermatologist and asked to be put on Acutane. I ordered these vitamins, Claror acne treatment (which is 2.5% benzoyl peroxide), acne.org AHA lotion, and Lerossett lotion. So my results aren't just from this product but from the combination of several. Within a week of starting this regimen my painful cystic acne began to subside and instead of 7-10 painful cysts around my time of the month I only got 1-3 smaller and less painful bumps. My blackheads began to diminish and the overall texture began to smooth out. I have now been doing this for almost 3 months and my skin is continuing to improve. I still get 1 or 2 bumps daily but they are much much smaller and less painful (as opposed to the 4-5 I was getting that would last for many days). My hormonal acne has also improved and I only get a couple on my jawline during that time. I have never gotten bad acne on the rest of my body but I have noticed that on those areas that I sometimes do get 1 or 2 don't break out and my skin overall looks healthy and glowing. This is overall improvement can only be due to the vitamins since that is all I have changed for my body acne. I can't say that this product is a miracle BUT I will continue to use it as part of my regimen for at least another couple of months to see if my acne will continue to improve (I will update my review if anything changes). If you try this product, please know that you won't get beautiful skin over night. You MUST give it 2-3 months to give it time to work. I haven't experienced any negative side effects and it doesn't upset my stomach which I have a VERY sensitive stomach! I hope that in another month or so I will finally have skin I'm not ashamed of :)

Okay so I have an autoimmune disease called Hidradenitis Suppurativa where I get painful bumps/boils on different parts of my body. During my research, I found out that a lot of people got better when they started taking vitamins so I went on a lookout. I started on the AIP diet and saw improvement. Later on, I was contacted by Innate Skin about participating on a 3 month trial for HS by taking these for three months. During the first two months, I didn't see much difference except that I noticed that the frequency of the flares had decreased and the time I had the flares had also decreased. By month three, this big flare that I had on my right armpit had decreased in size and now I don't have to bandage it because it's no longer draining (it's always been open and draining for 2 years). Well, then I got super sick and I stopped taking them since I only had 4 packets left and I was like "well maybe it's the diet and not the vitamins" since food is my trigger and I haven't been eating them. Well fast forward three weeks and I find a new triggery food. I flare on my left arm and I have a big bump that hurts, inflammed and draining. Well, I found one packet and decided to take it and see if I see improvement. The next day, inflammation has gone down considerably. Day two, inflammation still goes down and the wound is healing and closing. Day three, it no longer hurts. I can still feel the bump because it never goes away, but it doesn't hurt when I touch it and now I can wear sleeveless shirts without bandages. So from now on, I will keep buying these every month because they really do help with healing and inflammation! If you see the ingredients, they're just vitamins and it also has tumeric which is super helpful. You won't see a change quickly, but you will possibly notice a difference after month 2 (and I also recommend an elimination diet). Great product! One more thing though, I do take them while I am eating because if I take them on an empty stomach, I get nauseous.

I had a lot of pimples, I bought these pills, they help me, I recommend them to everyone who suffers from pimples, they help us, these pills are all I don't want to lose, they are so good

Update 2022: *ISSUES* Still wish to use this product but packaging has been awful the last year. Every box I've gotten has smashed or broken capsules and they pills are wasted. It's not a delivery issue because the boxes arrive just fine. A least 4 or 5 of the pill packs are ruined at the bottom of the box. The box is covered in yellow. Images provided. Since you can't return these, there's nothing I can do. *Update: 2021 still using this and my acne is super maintained now. My issue is that last two orders, I've had packages damaged and pills opened and ruined in both orders. This isn't cool as those days are gone for me in this 30 day supply. I'm not sure what's going on in packaging but it's happening frequently. 5 to 6 packages destroyed at the bottom of the box in each order.* I didn't have a lot of hope upon trying these because I've spent my life fight acne breakouts since puberty. Made a few adjustments in my diet because I knew I wasn't eating right. No dairy. Drinking lots of water. Cutting processed sugars where I could. AND I started taking these daily. It's like a miracle. My skin tone is far more even. My back is finally healing and clearing up after years of being unable to wear tank tops or bathing suits. My face will always have severe scars from cystic acne but no longer have mountains appear that take weeks to heal. It works if you do the work along with taking the pills. Eating better, using better skin care routine and these pills turned my life around.
