Up to 20 years of ageing in wooden barrels concentrates the flavours and sweetness to yield a thick, smooth, delicious vinegar. Contains no colouring, caramel or thickeners - the the colour, flavour and viscosity are entirely down to the painstaking preparation and lengthy maturation of the must. Try a few drops on shavings of good Parmesan cheese, carpaccio, fillet steak, on fruit (especially strawberries and cherries) or good vanilla ice cream. Size: 250ml bottle
