This chair is so comfortable I spend most of my days doing my school work and it gives me the back support I need while being aesthetically pleasing. It is very sturdy and the thickness of the chair gives it good quality. It fit in small spots as well and it’s easy to clean with an upholstery

Love this chair! It is so comfortable and well made. It is large but not too big. The base is substantial and looks and feels like it will last a long time. The description that’s showing for this review is incorrect. It has wheels and it’s PU leather. I waited a long time for a criss cross chair. I researched for a long time because I am picky. This one was definitely the right choice!

TL;DR - I really like the chair, it's VERY comfortable and exactly what I was looking for, but assembly was a nightmare, no wheels, no permanent leg attachment. 1. The base does not in any way permanently* attach to the upper part of the chair. I expect with weight and time it will essentially embed itself via pressure, but in the interim, lifting the chair from the seat will not take the legs with it. 1.5 - This chair has no wheels, which is odd for an office chair. I see now in hindsight the pictures show this, but I honestly just wasn't looking for that because I've never seen an office chair sans wheels. Just highlighting in case you care. I don't really. 2. OMG the assembly. When I saw all the ratings for simple assembly I was not expecting this. It's a little gaslighty, yes the assembly is simple in terms of there being few parts and only one included tool necessary. But it's not simple at all in terms of effort. I would have had another person available to help if I knew, it's physically very difficult to get the seat and seat back together, like that took up 90% of the time of assembly. Also, the pre-threaded screw holes on my instance were really poorly angled such that not cross-threading the screws was a monumental effort, and they aren't strongly embedded in the seat. The result of this is that when you're tightening, rather than getting the expected effect of the back bar moving ever closer to flush-with-the-screw hole as you turn the wrench, closing the gap, what happens instead is the pre-threaded hole starts to get yanked out of the seat. There is no good way I could find to apply the necessary pressure to combat this because of the L shape of the object you're dealing with. 1 of 4 of the screws I received is now screwed about halfway in but unable to proceed to completion because doing so is ripping the screw hole from the chair. Final thought: Had the assembly not been such a huge PITA, I'd have given this chair 5 stars in a heartbeat, it's so very comfy and pretty.

Easy assembly and comfy Very sturdy

As a person who chronically sits cross-legged but is past the age of thirty, so who's knee's need a break from the ground, this is the best office chair. I work so much better on a couch or standing- basically anything but sitting at a normal desk. If you're thinking, she sounds like she is ND, yes I am. This allows me to work in comfortable positions to me but also sit at a desk. I was worried about the back rest being too high, or the cushion on the seat being too hard. Nope, both perfect. The seat cushion is firm but not too hard and the back rest comes just below my shoulders. Also, as a plus sized woman, I am happy to report, this is wide enough and sturdy enough to fit me comfortably. Even if you are simply a plus sized person looking for a wider office chair and aren't interested in the extra benefits to use neurospice people, this is a great option. I'm 5'8" (all in my legs) and this chair gets high enough that I can't touch the ground. The seat is curved but not so much that you feel you're sitting in a dip, and also it doesn't do that thing where the seat is tilted forward so you feel you may slide off. It's a nice almost canvas-y fabric. Not scratchy or itchy but does attract a little static. For all my praise, the shipping was a little rough and two pieces were broken on arrival; although they didn't affect the overall function of the chair. The instructions were like Ikea before they learned how to write instructions properly (uh... I hope this goes here? 🤔) But there isn't many pieces so with a little patience and attention it can be sorted. Fyi, you get 9 short screws and 4 long screws. The long screws are for attaching the back of the chair to the base. The short screws are for everything else.

Great chair easy to put together very comfortable for a therapist that works many hours on the computer

I bought two of these for my youngest two kids desks in their rooms. They love them and I think they use their desks more because these chairs are so comfy! They were easy to assemble and look good great too.

everything about the chair is perfect expect the odd sounds it keeps making every time you sit on it, it starts squeaking around so much. I've even uninstalled it twice to tighten the screws even more, nothing works,

when i was not expecting this chair to beee so comfortable. 11/10. the set up was easy. the fabric is soft. anybody how loves to be cozy and comfortable working or getting ready to slay for the day. 💄🤝 this is theee chair to get.
