I consume a ton of electrolytes due to my incessant need to run every morning and my body's fairly poor job at "replacing what is lost through diet alone" throughout the day.This electrolyte tastes good. I ordered strawberry hoping it wouldn't taste artificial, and it tastes good.On short runs, I usually opt for a sugar free electrolyte, on long runs, I fuel with electrolytes + added sugars alone, so I go heavy on the sugar.This electrolyte contains 53 calories, mostly from the number one and two ingredients, white granulated sugar and anhydrous glucose. This is fine for me, I'm taking this while running and can use the sugar.The electrolytes are:Sodium at a whopping 704 mgPotassium at 373 mgandCalcium at 99.2 mgaccording to the dietary guideline listed, 704 mg sodium is 30.61%. This shouldn't be too alarming if you are taking electrolytes to replace what is lost with sweat, but from my personal experience, this is way, way too much sodium for one serving of electrolytes for me. (I'm very sensitive to sodium levels in food though, and my body struggles to "restore the balance" through diet alone, but I'm sure I'm already getting enough salt.)Anyway, this has a decent amount of potassium, which is good, some salt, and some calcium.

I've tried many different companies hydration packets and I seem to fine one or two flavors I like outta their variety packs, but with the coldest I loved them all! They aren't too sweet and the flavor is there, but not overpowering. Overall I'm very happy with this product and I will be buying alot more.

I bought this product because when I looked at the ingredients it did not appear to have stevia in it. I hate the taste and can taste it no matter the amount. When I got the powder and tried it, I could taste the stevia instantly. I looked more closely and they hid the stevia by calling it stevioside. I can’t drink any of it and they don’t allow returns. $30 down the drain because they were deceitful in their ingredient list. WHY ADD STEVIA?!? It has sugar in it. It’s not sugar-free. I’m so upset. I have it 2 stars instead of one because it’s decent other than the taste of stevia.Take your product back and give me my money please. Stop adding stevia to your sugar-added products! It tastes horrible and you ruin your product.

These actually tasted good! Blueberry lemonade was my favorite. I wish they sold a bag of just that.

These taste pretty good! They are on the sweeter side. They do kind of have a candy taste instead of a real fruit taste, but they are still good!
