I had enjoyed my Dreo Humidifier for over a year as it was extremely quiet and non intrusive and allowed me to address my home's humidity (or lack thereof) with ease and flawless performance. However, one month ago, it began displaying an error code that Carol, in customer service, informed me suggested wiring or circuit issues. She gave me simple instructions on how to address it which amounted to little more than emptying the water and allowing it to dry for 48 hours. Surprisingly, this simple step did reduce the problem to the extent the error code was now only intermittent. I informed Carol that it was working much better and would keep her apprised of it's performance going forward. Carol, however, was not satisfied with that outcome and promptly informed me "I had been hassled enough and that she had arranged for a new, replacement humidifier to be delivered, all at no charge to me." So after using their product for 16 months, they still stood behind it 100% which, in my experience, is a level of customer service rarely encountered any more. I am absolutely shocked that any company would go to that length to ensure customer satisfaction. Of course, I am 100% pleased with Carol's quick and courteous response and wish to thank her for going that extra mile on my behalf. Thank you Carol. You're customer service was amazing as is your company. Quite simply everyone, this is the humidifier you've been looking for.

OK THE BEST HUMIDIFIER I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE. AND I AM OLD! The Dreo Humidifier comes apart super easily for cleaning. The app that comes with it tells you when you should clean it. Tells you when to replace the single filter which lasts forever. I have had it for many months now and still haven't replaced the filter. The app lets you set a schedule when it goes on and off; lets you turn it on and off manually if you want, lets you set the humidity that you want, both the device and the app tells you what the current humidity in the room is, runs until it reaches the humidity you set in the app and slows down or shuts off when it reaches the humidity you set. The device shows you the humidity in large lit up numbers. The really big deal though is how everything in it comes apart so easily when you clean it. No little pieces. The water bucket is huge and has a nice folding handle to pick it up with. It does a large room. I just set it in my app on my phone with the set up schedule and forget about it until the app notifies me on my phone that the unit stopped working because it is out of water. I bought two of them I like them so much. One for my bedroom and one for my office. I have it scheduled to go on in my office at 8 am and off at 8 pm, go on in my bedroom at 8 pm and off and 8 am. I love this thing..... I can't think of anything else, oh, I know..... In case you didnt realize it, I like this humidifier. It is well worth the money. Because it is so easy to clean, and it tells me when to clean it, it will probably last forever, unlike its dozen or so predecessors OK, so I have had two of these Humidifiers for a while now. I just finished cleaning both of them. I just have to say, they are the easiest Humidifier to clean I have ever had. Each part comes apart with ease They even have "UP" writting on one of the parts so you are sure to replace it in the "UP" position where it belongs. The Humidifiers work great. The app on your phone allows you to set a schedule when they go on or off, it allows you to set the humidity that you want the room at. It notifies you when the thing is empty, when it needs to be cleaned, etc. All the information you will ever need. They work great. Like I said months ago, they are the best humidifiers I have had in my life. I'm willing to bet, I have had more than a dozen over the years. You would not be unhappy if you buy this thing. I wish I had stock in the company. They must be selling millions of them.

This has to be my fourth humidifier I’ve bought for my plants. This humidifier is so very easy to clean all parts. One can adjust the amount of time you want it to run. It has a night light that’s not too bright. I find it easy to sleep with the night light on. It fills from the top making it easier to lift and refill. It’s of great quality. There is no odor with this humidifier. Although they show a remote control with it… mine didn’t come with one. It’s easy to connect with my Alexa and wif. I’m glad I finally found a humidifier that works perfectly for my plants. There’s a knob on the top you can adjust , it has a timer, and adjuster for the amount of humidity you require. Great product for the price.

This is the best humidifier I have ever owned. Easy to fill and reasonably easy to disassemble and clean. Alexa can turn it on and off. Keeps our whole bedroom moist and comfortable at night (we close bedroom door to cut down the space it humidifies). Highly recommend. Update 12/26/24 This thing has quit working. Constant E1 error code. I followed all of the instructions in the manual with no success. I called Dreo and after being on hold for an extended time I was told to unplug it, let it dry for 2 days and then try it again. I let it dry for a week. Plugged it back in and immediately got an E1 error code. This had one season of use (bought it in Nov 23) and it got very light usage. Very disappointed. I plugged back in my cheap humidifier I have had for years tonight and it works fine. I have some Dreo fans that work great. Dissappointed that this device failed.

Having an old house in midwest winters means you need humidifiers. I did a lot of reading and decided on this one because of its looks, the app, and strong ratings and the ease of cleaning. So far it has delivered on all of these. I don't use the scent features so I can't comment on those but I'm pretty happy. It stores a ton of water and the app is great for cleaning reminders and setting stuff on the go. The empty tank reminders are handy too. I knocked one star off simply due to the smell of the demineralization filter. It seriously had a wet dog smell that I couldn't figure out til I took out that filter. I will just make sure to clean often if the trade off means I don't have to smell that filter anymore.
