Great quality, sturdy, no need to spend more money on name brands these are equivalent and work great. I ordered a red and yellow band. Will order more. Highly recommend

I've had these for almost 2 years now. They're great quality at a great price. I especially like to have the small yellow one on hand for my back exercises. I've been improving a dowegar hump on my neck that I got from a desk job and long drives. It does the trick. I never use them cold. I make sure the bands are at room temp or warmer before I use them. During the winter, I'd lay them across the wall heater. Now that I moved to a warmer climate, I just keep them in the garage where it's nice and warm. Otherwise, they could break. I've gotten lots of miles out of these things. Now with COVID, I'm glad I at least have these since metal weights have skyrocketed in price.

Yet again I was looking for lifting equipment. I’ve actually been wanting to buy some bands for a while now. I’m huge into working out and staying fit, so I own a lot of equipment and my arsenal continues to grow. I bought these with the intent to help some more of my calisthenic training. I’ve also bought another agility band from INTENT SPORTS before and It is still something I occasionally incorporate into my outside workouts. I also figured that If the quality of my current agility band is still great, I should try their assistance bands. As for this package, I gained something extremely similar to my last package. Nothing crazy, just a standard plastic bag with my bands inside another ‘INTENT SPORTS’ bag, they also send the other ebook to my email. Again, It's still nothing special but it's a nice premise to have some pre-designed workouts readily available. I just use these to increase the intensity of my pull-ups. Since I can only pump out 7-10 “perfect” pull-ups out at a time. The extra spring in the positive movement of the lift increases that by another 8-10ish( side note: I am able to cheat my way to 20 without bands by kipping or momentum ). Obviously, the intent of these is to progressively expose the user to a higher rep range without compromising form and, thus, have your body adapt to the extra load of reps. These are nothing special than any other band but they come with a travel bag and an ebook. I’m sure you can find any other band that works just as well as these but I know that the last band I bought from them has been through some abuse and still holds. I hope I can say the same about these. I don’t think I need to recommend these to anyone because of the sole fact that the market for bands is huge and you can't really deviate from what a band is intended for (they’re all the same). Hey, if you want a travel bag though… look no further.

Would probably have more to say if I used them more. They seem to be good quality.

I bought 2 reds they are great bands especially for the price, they seem like they will last long, iv had them for 2 months now. One of them is slightly longer but not very noticeable. I use them for warm ups, assisted pull ups, extra barbell resistance, and they are good finishers. Usefulness is limited to your imagination.

I had been using a bamboo stick to do some gentle stretching of my shoulders, but I found I needed something really strong with just a bit of give. These bands work great for that purpose. I flatten out the loop into a single line and hold that like a stick. I can gently pull or not as needed to get the amount of stretch I need.

Such a wonderful and versatile piece of equipment! As a trainer I love using these bands in my personal workout regiments as well as sharing this great alternative workout band with my clients! They have the ability to give amazing full body workouts. Great for travel and great for those of us who find the standard work out bands to be less effective.

I’m running them pretty hard, only superficial tears so far.
