The return process was like pulling teeth to get my refund
This cable did not do what it was advertised to do. It would charge my mp3 player , but , would not allow me to sync my files or do any moving of files. The return process was like pulling teeth to get my refund. This is probably the last item I will buy on Amazon.

Worked better than the original.
I guess the title pretty much said all that needed to be said. Oh, one more thing, don't set it right next to your iWhatever cable. It looks very similar and will plug right in. Will have your scratching your head for a few minutes then will do irreparable damage to your geek esteem if anyone sees this happen.

ZEN cable
Perfect cable replacement. Good quality! It plugs into both the outlet adapter, and the ZEN very securely. It has "squeeze" tabs to release it, so it will not unplug by accident.
