All you need to do is prepare a nice filling, put it close to one end of the wrap, roll it up and microwave for 1 or 2 minutes, or heat in a hot oven for 6 to 8 minutes, or eat cold. I was worried about trying these as anything but the norm usually has some weird taste but these are lovely and ive since brought more.

It is OK. Tastes nice and has a nice texture, but I am a little bit disappointed at the ingredients. They are different from what I saw on the online picture. Lots of E numbers/additives. I will not buy again for that reason.

I purchasedbthese when I needed to replace my regular low carbon wraps. I'm not doing Keto but I am a diabetic so for me personally I like to keep the carbon intake lower and as a replacement for bread these are definitely a great option. At approx 4g carbon a wrap these are very worth the swap. Tasty, high quality enjoyable wraps that I can do lots with. I use mine for a lower carb option pizza base, a filled wrap or with curry in place of naan. I've now been repurchasing these wraps because they taste as close to everyday higher carbon wraps than any other I've tried.

Although I think these "keto wraps" are rather expensive, I've lost over 36lbs now so I can deal with the price. However, I would prefer a "larger size wrap" as mum struggles to wrap these up neatly once my filling is added. Great occasional treat though, and I don't feel like I'm missing out! So impressed, started a low carb / high protein diet and these are perfect. You can literally freeze them as they are in the packet. No need to separate them as you can easily take one out from the freezer and they cook within minutes from frozen. Literally took 1 min on each side max to cook. I made a egg wrap, put my mixture of egg into the pan and warmed up the wrap separately then put the wrap directly onto the egg so it sticks to it. Flipped it over for a few seconds and rolled the wrap over and wallah the most filling late night snack just under 350 calories with 27g protein 💪💪💪
