Titleist Velocity Golf Balls (One Dozen)

As a leisure golfer, I ordered a set some time back just to try a new color. I was very pleased with the flight of the ball and the ease of spotting the ball on the fairway (when I actually got it on there). I ordered a second set but it never showed up after quite some time. I contacted the vendor and they immediately offered a refund or a replacement. I chose the refund, but then the balls showed up later. I contacted the vendor to inform them that I received the order, and they stated that I could go ahead and keep them at no charge. Great vendor!

The offer as shown stated, "there is a newer version of these". True, but these are USED balls sold by Lost Golf Balls. They are a few dollars less, but they are USED and do not come in a Titleist box as shown in the offer. Some not in "Mint" condition. Should have returned them but was playing the day they arrived and needed them. No false advertising here, but slightly deceptive in the way it is presented. My fault for not reading the fine print, but read carefully and do NOT be fooled as I was.

Why they didn’t make colored golf balls popular sooner is beyond me. I’m not good at golf, so I won’t comment on how they hit. Best I can tell you is they are as good as any other Titleist I’ve used. What I can tell you is the orange is amazing. It is so easy to track the ball in a air, and find it in the rough, woods, etc. if you miss the fairway like me, or it’s a difficult day to follow your ball. Use these.

A golfing partner of mine turned me on to these golf balls and have no regretted it since. In my book, these are these golf balls are by far the best for control, distance and overall game play. I have far better control and distance with these balls than various others I have used over the years. May be worth a shot to help improve your game a little!

I'm very happy with these golf balls and just played a round this afternoon. I cannot speak to added driving distance because I picked a dozen of these up to go with a new driver upgrade. However, I will say I was really impressed with these balls from about my 8-iron and in. Lots of times with golf balls promising added distance you have to give up some of the spin required to keep your approach shots on the green. That wasn't the case with these Velocity balls. I always take one club extra on par 3s, and on two occasions today even though the ball looked like it was going to roll off the back, they stuck (the other two par 3 tee hots were, well... user error). They also released well on short bump-and-runs around greens, and the putting seemed pretty true once I figured out the speed of the greens. These balls are relatively affordable, and most importantly build some confidence. I've found that as someone who can't play as much he would like, anything that adds a little confidence to my game is well worth it and helps make up for the week+ in between rounds. My game can't benefit from top of the line Pro V1s, Chromes, etc., so these are a great alternative. I would highly recommend to anyone from a mid-handicapper on up.

These Titleist balls were supposed to be new. What I received were used golf balls in a different packaging than displayed and they were not in the best condition. I sent those back and reordered and received more used golf balls.

Great for beginners. This was only my second time golfing so I don't know much about the difference between balls. But I ordered the pink because they are so much easier to find when you slice off the fairway. I'm not usually a pink person, but they also shimmered in the sun. So added bonus for me. I will likely buy then again since I lost a good portion of them in the weeds and water.

This is my new favorite golf ball. I love the distance it has and it plays well around the green. Good value for the price of the ball. I enjoy the white ball better because the orange ball is more difficult to see in the air flight of the ball.

There are golf balls and then there’s Titleist. They provide a range of balls for all handicappers. Enough said.

Was soll man Positives oder Negatives Schreiben? 1. Man kann dem Ball prima die Schuld geben, wenn mal ein Schlag daneben geht - Einer muss ja Schuld sein ,-) 2. Auch dieser Ball kann wunderbar ins Wasserhindernis gespielt werden - für immer! Im Ernst: Ich habe ein Handicap von 18,2 und fühle mich gut, wenn ich den Ball schlage. Ich bin mit ihm sehr zufrieden und habe Vertrauen in den Ball. Es fühlt sich einfach gut an, wissenschaftlich belegen kann ich das nicht..
