Titan is really an amazing brand in India.... it's giving a royal look when we wearing and quality is superb....more than other brand smart watch i really love this one....and please note this one is round shape.... nowadays all brands introduced only in square shape....but watch means it's only in round shape

I purchased a Titan Smartwatch 90196 in February 2025,Problems1) Battery Life: is said to be at least 4 to 5 days if not a week, mine needs a recharge after 60 hours, two and half days. This is when I do not use the music or phone functions on the watch, I use it mainly for heart rate and steps2) Lift to View: The display on my watch remains blank even after lifting and shaking my arm. Suddenly it will come on and disappear in a flash.I was directed to a repair center by the call center, they kept it for a week and returned it saying the battery had gone to only 73% in the week from a full charge. Obviously the watch was just kept and not used, how can you judge without actually using it for a few days. And the Lift to view worked perfectly.I am going back to my old watch, after finding that even Titan does not have a good product. Their consumer support and repair centers have great employees but cannot solve the issues.Quite quite irritated and bugged with Titan

Excellent product quality and better accuracy in measuring steps and other activities. Good choice to buy.

My watch back side is missed ..how to repair.?

I purchased Titan Crest Smartwatch last week as I admire Titan as a brand (regularmechanical watches). While I did see some mixed reviews, I wanted to take a leap of faith inthe brand. Unfortunately, I did not have a pleasant purchase experience. Let me mention afew instances that prompted me to return this product and request a refund.The product was delivered on Saturday, 2nd March, everything seemed to work fine until itconsidered even the time awake in calculating the sleep time and the sleep score (onSunday noon, it showed my sleep time from Saturday night as 13.5 hrs. instead of 6.5 hrs.).I thought there was some reading issue, but I did not pay much attention.On Sunday, the 3rd, the app showed no record of my steps after 6 PM. While the watch readabout 4.8K steps before my bedtime, the app did not register any of it.On Monday the 4th, the entire forenoon readings got automatically wiped out. I quickly wrotean email to Titan’s customer support but all I received was an automated emailacknowledgement. Later that evening, I called them using the IVR number provided but thevague response from the executive didn’t make much sense (he told me that a ticket wasalready generated and that the concerned personnel would respond within two workingdays).I contacted Amazon and their technical support. After a 20 minutes call, they wereextremely supportive to offer me a return & refund option.The pickup was scheduled for 7th March. This meant I had 2–3 days to wait for a responsefrom Titan’s customer support. I hoped to cancel the return request if they were able to solvemy issue. Besides, I still wanted to get that one final sign just to be sure that returning thisproduct would be the best idea.And guess what, on 5th March, a discrepancy in the sleepdata calculation (from 4th March) did not surprise me. While it was correctly captured on thewatch, the reported reading in the app is incorrect. I finally decided to return the product asthere wasn’t much left to consider.IMO, I believe there is an incompatibility or syncing issue between the watch and the app.This refutes the whole point of using a smartwatch (i.e., keeping a record of your day-to-dayactivity). It’s a bit disappointing that a brand that’s well-renowned for their delightfulmechanical watches lacks expertise in putting smart in their smartwatches.

This watch motivates us to workout more! It has a hydration reminder, measures heartrate, doesn't lag and so much more! However, it's hard to get the watch to fit your wrist properly. Other that, this watch is great!
