I bought these to use with the Body by Jake Tower 200. The original handles were thin and made of an inferior plastic so the material began to rip. These have been an excellent replacement. Also, with the grips not in a fixed position, I am able to do exercises using different angles, such as the hammer curl, with ease. I would, however, recommend anyone using these to also use a pair of weight lifting gloves with them as the surface texture and wear a bit on you skin.

It is better than I thought it would be. Excellent quality, it is really strong and the bands available are good enough even for an advanced athlete . Best choice for home or traveling.

Very intelligent design. Good set of accessories. Useful booklet for starters. Fits into the samll bag which is part of the package. Love it.

Does the job

Finally got a good one after seeing someone else use the same brand. The materials feel premium and unlikely to break anytime soon. The set comes with 2 leg straps, 2 handles that attach on to the different resistant bands by the way of a carabiner, and also 2 door blockers that allow you to attach it to the other side of a closed door. Love that idea but you will cause some damage to the door as expected whether it’s the top, bottom, or side of the door depending on the attachment points. So if it’s your home you’re living in be mindful it will scuff/damage the door if you choose to use. Otherwise works as expected. Comes with a booklet of recommended exercises

Much sturdier than I expected. The straps seem strong, the handles are stiff, and the carabiners are solid and heavy. Overall feels very study. I've used it one time so far as an alternative 'olympic ring' set and they held up just fine. I'm not a big guy so I don't know how these will hold up for someone over 200 lbs. I searched a few different sites for similar products and finally settled on these. I think this product represents the best value at this price point. They might even be better than more expensive handles.

Bought these for my son who uses them at his gym. He told me they are working really well. He's very pleased with them.
