I was tired of buying cheese and having it turn moldy quickly, so I was thrilled when I heard about these cheese papers. For some reason that I don't understand, they work like a charm. And they're reusable. Just wash them in warm soapy water, rinse and let dry.

I was never able to keep cheese fresh in the fridge without it getting gross or dried out until I found these sheets, they work so well! They're also reusable as long as you're gentle when you wash them!

It works, but don't understand why it is black. Have to pencil or magic marker labels now to identify.

This was the worst purchase I ever made. It was less than a week ago that I got these sheets, and I wrapped my brand-new, just-purchased, expensive white Vermont cheddar in them, as described online in the video I watched several times. I was sure I would get no more mold with these special sheets. HA! Just yesterday, only a few days after wrapping my cheese, I opened them, and to my great surprise, was treated with a wrapper of solid green mold, the worst I've ever had; there wasn't one teeny tiny area of cheese that would be edible, and it all went down the garbage disposal. Don't fall for the hype like I did; this is a total rip-off!

I bought the reusable sheets. They seem very nice and I love the concept. Haven’t had them long enough to see if they keep my cheese fresher. I would love an even larger size paper offered.

I found these sheets awkward to use. I’m new to cheese paper so perhaps it’s a lack of understanding on my part, but even after going to their websites for tutorials I found it awkward to fold the papers around different size cheeses and odd to find things in hand (tape or rubber bands) to seal the folded papers so they don’t just unfurl themselves. Also can’t tell what cheese is in there without labeling, but with the size and folds they felt awkward to label. I would not buy again.

I typically buy small amounts of cheese. These sheets wrap around cheese perfectly and keep the cheese fresh.

Great product no more moldy cheese!!
