Easy to install. Love the markings on the on/off lever that make it easy for my old eyes to see that I switched it off! Far netter than the one that came with the BBQ!

Arrived next day and it's a Calor original equipment regulator made in the EU. Way better quality than the rubbish Far eastern made one that was fitted originally and still sold by my local store. Almost same price as well. A no brainer as they say. Fit easily and working well. Very happy.

This item was purchased to replace a faulty regulator that never worked well from the outset. Easy installation, and this regulator is so much better. Very happy with this purchase.

I bought this to replace a cheaper version that came supplied with my barbecue. I noticed that the supplied regulator was venting a small amount of gas when in use and the barbecue wasn’t getting as hot as it should due to reduced pressure. It also wouldn’t ignite sometimes and I had to remove and refit the regulator to get it to work, these were obviously safety issues and I should have replaced it earlier. After reading several reviews I opted for the genuine Calor gas regulator, it was easy to fit and feels much better quality. It’s got an easy to turn valve and doesn’t vent gas. My barbecue now lights first time and it gets hotter producing better cooking results. Don’t go for a cheaper alternative it’s worth paying a little bit extra.

Replaced a regulator that had a split "O" ring. This did the job, arrived in good time and was competitively priced. Would buy again.

It does the job but I am finding that these regulators last a year or two before needing to be replaced. Another issue is that they are stamped "Made in the EEC". The EEC was succeeded by the EU in 1993 so is this very old stock? The regulator this replaced after only 2 years had the same mark.
