２週間ほど要しましたが、思ったより早く到着しました。昔のホッピングと比べてバネの跳ね具合が良いですね。バランス感覚を身につけるため購入しましたが、全身の体力向上にもなります。慣れてくると、片手片足が出来るようになると思います。今は練習中ですが・・・・。是非、皆さんも試してください。
