I have oily skin. This soap is not only gentle, but my skin looks great. I’m 58. With natural bay leaf oils it is naturally &gently antibacterial for acne, armpits and other areas. I forgot my deodorant one morning in a rush and my armpits didn’t smell ALL DAY. The soap only has the natural bay leaf oil smell which you don’t smell at all after showering so doesn’t compete with lotions or perfumes you might wear. I will never be without this soap! :))

If I could give this more than five stars, I would. This is legit Aleppo soap. Simple ingredients, no junk, and it leaves your skin feeling clean without being stripped or dry. The scent is subtle and natural, not perfumey or fake. It lasts a long time, works great for both face and body, and my skin actually feels better the more I use it. Once you try this, it’s hard to go back to regular soap. Easily one of those things I’ll keep reordering.

I'm 68 years old, and have very sensitive skin and try new products religiously. I also have rosacea. I have large pores especially on my nose, which sebaceous filaments I've battled. The back of my head seemed to always itch, so I've tried a multitude of shampoos, etc. After reading about authentic Aleppo soap with its benefits, I bought 2 bars. I'm still on my first bar. I use it on my hair, face, and body. My face has cleared up completely. I no longer have sebaceous filaments on my nose. My pores are clean now and stay that way all day. My head no longer itches. My body feels clean. I no longer have breakouts on my underwear line. I love the smell, and our bathroom has the smell from the bar sitting in the shower rack. This will be the only thing that I will ever buy. You have nothing much to lose.

First time buying and I gotta say i’m very impressed. Most people would hate how the size of it is big but I think it’s great because that just means it lasts longer. Personally I love the smell, natural smelling, very earthy. I’ve been using it even on my face and it’s been clearing up my skin better than the face wash products i’ve been using?? I feel clean after using it and it definitely keeps you moisturized without leaving you oily if that makes sense. I’d say I definitely got my moneys worth.

I like how this soap feels on my skin. It leaves me feeling squeaky clean, but I don’t really enjoy the natural smell of this product. I found a way around though by using essential oils to mask the scent, which makes it much better. I put cut off parts of the bar in a plastic bag with a little water and drops of my oils, and let it sit so the soap takes on a nicer fragrance. Overall, I really like the way it works on my skin.

I LOVE this soap. 2 ingredients, that's it. The bars are BIG, and I love how the color changes as you wear it down (it's green inside)! I have extremely sensitive skin (think: white girl, rosacea, combination skin, NO FRAGRANCE), and it took me a little while to figure out what works for me. One thing is, I stopped exfoliating so much, as I was recommended by a derm to only do it once a week. I used to work outside and would scrub every day. I also use better oils for my skin after washing (rose hip), which is good with my rosacea. This soap never leaves my skin feeling dry or "tight", but it does feel clean. You could easily wash your hair with this soap as well! I have used no other face/body soap for a year now. Great deal for what you get!!

Needed a soap that wouldn't irritate my skin or had a lot of chemicals in it. This was the perfect soap. Great lather! There is a slight smell but it smells like earth; like a nice, green park on a spring day or sometimes like olive oil. But it makes my skin feel soft, doesn't dry it out and I like that it's all natural.

Si se siente diferente a un jabón comercial, hace buena espuma, el olor es a olivo muy artesanal pero se va pronto, he notado más humectada mi piel.
