Excellent quality bottle. Love the larger capacity. It’s very easy to use and significantly improves my sinus congestion. I use it daily and also use it if I’ve been mingling in crowds or shopping etc, so if any nasty bugs are around, they get flushed out before taking a hold! Great value for money with 30 Saline sachets too.

I was addicted to using a nasal spray called Otrivine, I got dependant on it. What it does is male it so much easier to breathe and clears nose ASAP. But it eventually makes you use it from every 10 hours to every 10 mins and it’s bad for your nose. This helped me get off of it and it’s natural, was scared at first but it’s easy and it works. My tip to you is to keep mouth open and calm breathing and tilt head, with the gadget/device closest to the feeling. It’s cheap for what it comes with, great value for money. And I can see that the build quality is good so will most likely last a while.

Cannot use if nose is fully blocked! Have to wait until you can breath through it. Worked better second time, had to squeeze bottle a bit but instructions said not too. I did go very easy with it. Using the sachets did seem to make my throat tickle for a couple of days after. Second and third time of use had good results with lots of green mucus seen in the sink. Did give relief would use again. Did use cooled boiled water as directed not cold but warm. Cleaning essential goes without saying, cheap relief to be honest.

To be honest, I was afraid of using this product because I worried that water would get into my lungs. But I'd heard that nasal irrigation can help reduce likelihood of getting colds/flu if used immediately symptoms start. So I've now used it on 2 consecutive days and the tickly feeling in my nose and throat reduced after the first rinse and has now gone! It may just be coincidence but I also love how clear my breathing feels after each rinse. The kit is really easy to use - just have to plan ahead to boil tap water for 3-5 minutes then let it cool (or buy distilled water). The instructions suggest you shouldn't use these every day but I look forward to trying it during the hay-fever season.

Did a great job in reducing nasal drip. Doesn’t take long to get used to, but you need to have both nostrils a little bit clear before you start. If your nostril is completely blocked when you do this you’ll find the solution coming out your open mouth and doesn’t work. Not the best. Also, a handy gadget to have is a pen thermometer. The temperature of the water needs to be between 1-2°C of 37°C. Outside that and the water feels like lava or ice as it passes through.

Rather too large to use and cumbersom. Plenty of pouches but have reverted to my original sqeese bottle which is so much easier to handle!
