Coconut Creme White Loose Leaf Tea - fragrant - very coconut - sweet with grassy / herbal notes
Coconut Creme White Loose Leaf Tea - immediately upon lifting the lid of the tin a wonderfully sweet fragrance wafts out. You see a lot of what looks like green tinted moist coconut and other soft colors - far more coconut than what I normally see in other coconut flavored teas. The flavor is delicious - definitely a strong coconut flavor with grassy/herbal green tea notes (despite it being white tea). The fragrance was more muted after it brewed but still a delicious 'nose full'. I enjoyed it quite a bit. My favorite teas are usually flavored, light & sweet but not fruity exceptions - citrus blends or spiced teas when its cold or nasty outside.

Taste horrible and about to expire. Don't purchase.
This is my absolute favorite flavor of tea. I usually get it from Art of Tea, but decided to try out "Pinky Up" because the costs was more practical. I purchased 2 tins of the 2.8 oz Coconut Creme (White tea with flowers). First, it has a bit of a sour smell when you open it and the leaves are so finely crushed that they seep through the strainer which has very small holes. Never have this issue with other loose leaf tea. It's almost like they blending it too finely until its almost like a power, or its was the bottom of the barrow where all the residue sits when you get to the end of a package. The taste has ZERO resemblance to Coconut Creme. It actually taste more like a pumpkin spice tea that I have by another brand. Super disappointed. I do not recommend this product. Also I just bought this 1 month ago (Nov 7 or 8th, 2023) and just noticed the expiry date is Dec 26th, 2023!!! No way I could have consumed this much tea in that short period of time. It should've been taken off the shelves. Very disappointed.

Constant buyer
Love the taste of this and the fact that it is loose leaves. Healthier option. Easy to use. The container is super cute and easy to store at my tea / coffee station. It keeps the quality of the tea leaves fresh for a good while. Has some health benefits too. The price is reasonable. Love the sales. As long as it has no dyes - its a good for me.

Absolutely love it
I keep this stocked. It's just enough coconut wo being overwhelming. Others I've tried I could barely taste the coconut so I'm super happy w this one. I like mixing it w this wonderful creme earl grey purrah I get from a local tea shop. It's the best, most refreshing iced tea ever! I don't know what I'd do wo it during the summer months! You won't be disappointed.

Dented tin, vinegar smell, mid-quality tea leaves, visually pleasing, nice taste
Dented tin, vinegar smell, mid-quality tea leaves, visually pleasing, nice taste Headline is a basic summary of the bad, OK, and good points of this tea. Bad: Packaging The metal tin was all banged up when I received it (hard to capture in a photo), so I couldn't use this as a gift. The dents warped the tubular tin into a more squarish shape, make it hard to remove the (circular) lid. Bad: smell When I did manage to open it, a strong whiff of something vinegary hit me, with much fainter notes of coconut and something fruity trailing behind. I’d describe it as like opening a bottle of polish and getting hit with that initial burst of vapor, but presumably (hopefully!) less toxic to inhale. Don't now if that's normal or a bad batch. Since the tin was well sealed, I assumed the tea would be safe(ish) to drink. Good: visual appeal The tea blend itself is visually nice: reds of safflower, white shavings of coconut, and blue cornflower in generous amounts. Bad/less-than-good: tea leaf quality The tea leaves were crumbled and brown, the kind you might expect hidden away inside tea bags. Not a sign of high quality white tea. I say “less-than-good” because the tea isn’t actually “bad”, it’s just not good quality, and at this price you may expect something better. Good: taste When brewed (at 180˚, the upper recommended limit for this tea) for 5 minutes, the vinegar scent dissipated, allowing the flavors to come through. It's pleasant tasting, on the darker side of tan as far as white teas go. Not bitter (if brewed for the recommended time). The name and description enticed me, but comparing it to the actual flavor I'm not convinced I would have named the tea "coconut crème", as it has less creamy notes and more of, say, a slight tropical, fruity vibe. I went in expecting a more creamy, smoother flavor, so the letdown takes off another star. Summary: Overall, the taste was the winning feature of this tea (with the colorfulness of the blend a close second), but the damage + vinegar stench + the false expectation set by the name brings the overall rating from me to a 2.5. Without the damage it could have been a 3, 4 without the vinegar smell, and 5 if it was called “tropical vibes” or something else along those lines with a slightly lower price tag.

Very faint flavor.
I wish the flavor was heartier. I was hoping for more.

Coconut Créme is my new favorite!
I enjoy drinking tea in the afternoon for a pick-me-up. This delicious blend is my new go-to fav. It's so flavorful it's better without milk and sweetener.
