The build quality of the Abs roller is good. After trying different models I like this model, it is very comfortable and easy to use as i am a beginner i went with this model with the timer near the foam grip it made easy for me to workout by taking reading of time interval for every session during workouts. It is budget friendly ,The instructions are very accurate and it took me roughly 15 mins to assemble the ABS roller. It is very helpful to me doing workout in home as i am unable to go to gym in this busy day to day life. This rebound model reduces strain in my body compared to non rebound model. It took some time to adapt the roller by gradually increasing the time spent on roller for workout while giving the gaps regularly to avoid muscle sprain. It is very helpful in building core muscles and build stamina . The foam grip is strong and very comfortable while doing workout. The build quality of the foam spacer is little bit weak compared to the other components but for this price we cannot expect better quality .

Very happy to use this product

I'm sharing my 2 months experience and as per my observation this roller is game fitness changing machine in my daily life routine and now I noticed much of positive improvement with my body and fitness. I gain actual body shapes of abdominal muscles, chest muscles , back muscles , leg muscles all trained well by regular usage. This roller is very light in weight, easy to set-up and it can bear more than 200 kg weight There is dedicated timer and stopwatch for better Focus and consistency on excercise even a phone stand to hold phone to watch excercise videos. Hand grip is very premium and it keeps my hand moisture free and safe from slip so ultimately it's value for money in this segment and it's very useful for my health life.

Overall the build quality seems ok, though it feels light weight. But after using it for few days, it feels the roll back is not as stiff as it was earlier, becomes too easy.

Edit: It is for your knees, not to be used for rolling. One suggestion is to make the product more sturdy, currently supported weight is upto 90kg, make it atleast 100. But why such a small mat, everything else looks good. Better to not give than this

There were cracks developed on the fibre part resting the Elbow that connects with the roller, after using for 2-3 months due to poor quality of the material. I raised it with the Lifelong support team sending the video of the product but they refused to repair or replace the product under warranty as it was physical damage. This is really disappointing as there is no fault of mine but this damage is due to poor quality of the product as the cracks have been developed evenly on both sides as it could not manage the pressure when I was using the Abs Roller. I am 90Kg so not too much weight for the product which mentions load of 200 kg is OK. Pathetic experience from customer support and false warranty

I am using it for few days only. Thus it is too early to give complete review at this moment. But apparently the product is awesome. The conventional abb roller available in the market is for pro people. They require so much strength to pull it back to previous position after stretching out. This also associated some risk related to ligament and mussel. But this abb roller is very much scientific. Also the design give you comfort and safety in time of workout. I think this is perfect for the beginners. With minimum effort you can achieve optimum stretching. Also you don't have to pul it back , the design will help to return to the starting position after stretching. Overall this is good product I think so far based on my workout.
