Der Bauchroller ist ein fantastisches Trainingsgerät! Er ist einfach zu handhaben und trainiert Bauchmuskeln, Die Rollen sind stabil und gleiten gut auf verschiedenen Oberflächen. Das Design ist ergonomisch und liegt angenehm in der Hand. Seit ich den Bauchroller verwende, merke ich eine deutliche Verbesserung meiner Körperspannung. Für alle, die ihr Core-Training intensivieren möchten, ist dies eine absolute Empfehlung!

Diese Rolle ist perfekt dafür geeignet um seine Bauchmuskeln täglich zu trainieren. Ich mache jeden Tag zwei Einheiten von 10 Minuten und man merkt schon wie sich die Bauchmuskeln anziehen. Mann sollte natürlich immer dran bleiben wenn man ein Ergebnis erzielen will. Verarbeitung ist top und die Griffe aus gummi liegen sehr angenehm in der Hand.
