I bought this creatine thinking it would give me a little boost in the gym. Little did I know, I'd unlock beast mode. After a week, I caught myself flexing in the microwave reflection while waiting for my chicken and rice. My arms have started to ask for their own zip codes. Side effects include: walking past mirrors and turning back, lifting groceries with one arm just because I can, and aggressively narrating workouts like I’m Samuel L Jackson. My muscles are now legally obligated to pay rent—they’ve taken over. Bottom line? This stuff works. Hydrate, lift heavy, and prepare for your shirts to start filing complaints.

The powder isn’t powder anymore and they are not allowing me to make a return. Very disappointed.

Mixed easily and no clumping. I use in a wide mouth jug. Scoop is tough in a gallon jug set up. Nice long handle on the scoop. It’s expensive but works very well. I use it as my base for my shakes.

Product comes slumped in almost every case.even with moisture packets in container.some deliveries item was a solid chunk not powder

Best creatine in the market in my opinion. Rich Piana is a legend in the industry and all of his products are things he spent years trying to make. His brand is a bit on the expensive side but that’s because it’s all really good quality stuff. Would 100% recommend. I do wish it came with more servings though.

This was my first time trying this brand of creatine. Usually when I take creatine it upsets my stomach and I have joint pain. Not with this brand i have all positive results using 5% brand creatine.
