These chords are terrific. You never know if family and friends are going to have lightning or USB-C. — and, they handle both. That said, in a few years, everything should be USB-C. But for now they’re great chords to have around for both power supplies and automobiles.

These work very well and are very durable. I switched from my phone to my kids because we have different plug-ins saves hassle of unplugging and plugging other stuff in. I definitely would recommend.

So fae this cord is great. It is perfect for when you have devices with lighting and usb-c plugs. I went through several cords that claimed to work like this that just didn't work but this one is great.

Bought this to take on travel so I can plug my phone into rental cars and use CarPlay for nav guidance. Some cars have USB-A, some have USB-C, so this convertible cable was perfect. However I've found that the USB-C connection will charge the phone but not connect to Car Play. This has been consistent across half a dozen different cars. This week I have a car with both A and C....it didn't work with C but worked with A. Edit a week later: Added a star - the Seller made this right - thank you!

I've been using this product for a while now, and while I really like the durability of the cable, and the versatility of having both USB-C and lightning cable, the lightning cable has spotty connection. At times, it works great, and other times, it will randomly keep disconnecting, which gets quite frustrating with using it for Carplay. I have tried it with multiple different phones, and it happens with all of them, so I'm sure it's not a device issue.
