Well designed, light shelving unit . Good stability (with proper distribution of items stored) and quite easy to assemble. An excellent, reasonably priced storage solution with good capacity. ideal for a nook or cupboard where it can be wheeled in and out easily. I like that the distance between shelves can be adjusted as needed. Good value for money.

We picked up the Amazon basics 5-shelf medium storage to help organise our under the stairs space, and it’s been a solid purchase. For the price, it’s surprisingly sturdy and holds a good amount of weight. It definitely saved a lot of space and covers higher. Assembly took a bit longer than expected. The instructions are clear, but aligning everything into place was a bit fiddly without a second pair of hands. If you’re doing it solo, just be patient and take your time. Once it is done, it is easy to use. It feels a little bit flimsy, but sturdy. If you’re after a budget-friendly shelving unit that doesn’t compromise on strength, this is a great pick.

Not because I could not understand the instructions which are clear as day but because my strength and coordination are not what they used to be but happily this is a very simple build. It is also amazingly strong and even when fully loaded is still able to be wheeled around without too much effort, the brakes are also well set and it will not move when they are engaged. I got this as part of Black Friday as I desperately needed somewhere to store all of the bits and pieces that were starting to make me look like a hoarder and as stated it took them all easily, the unit has five shelves and is only a little shorter than me so I was very impressed with the price, truthfully, I may even buy another at full price and ger more stuff to put on it :)

Lovely sturdy structure, easy to put up and now used as a portable Pantry. The negative is that there is no bar to hold items in place, they can easily fall off the shelf, but putting items into trays keep them in place.

I have bought quite many shelves lately on Amazon as we were rearranging our garage previously. I then bought this one for the kitchen and I must say this item deserves a 5-star-plus rating if there was such a thing. Every piece was so well designed and assembling was a joy as all pieces just clicked to each other so perfectly. The whole shelving unit once assembled is sturdy and we have put heavy items on them and could see they are indeed strong. The wheels make it so easy to move the whole unit if need be. All in all, this item definitely exceeded our expectation, it looks fabulous and of top quality!!! Hands down to whoever designed this item, I've never seen any shelving unit that is so perfectly designed like that before!

Brilliant so well manufactured and finish is a pleasure to hold. Size of levels is your choice and you can alter if you want. The completed unit on wheels is secure to the wall via tie wrap and drew very safe.

I really love that wire racking become so cheap and easily purchased. However, not all wire racking is born equal. A lot of price adjacent wire racking is made of thinner and more flexible wire racking. Amazon Basics racking is a lot more solid and sturdy. Recommended.

I waited nearly a year to review rather than do it straight away. My kitchen cupboards were a nightmare to get frequently used items out of as I have so much stuff so I figured shelves in the utility room would be handy - enter these beasties. Simple for one person to put together and they're pretty sturdy athough I did hook them to the wall to ensure they didn't tip if a dog ploughed into them as they're got breakables on them. They haven't rusted in any way, wheels are handy for moving to clean under them and as you can see they're weighed down with plenty of stuff and haven't collapsed at all. I like them that much that I've since bought another two similar sets. For a basics product they're outstanding, I highly recommend them.

This is a great shelf. It was very easy to put together. It even came with a little tool to adjust the casters so you didn't need any extra tools to construct it. The shelves on this unit are of adjustable height. They are very strong and hold lots of items. You can get covers for the shelves so that smaller items will not fall through the open grid on these shelves but I did not get them and haven't found them necessary so far. I bought two of these shelving units. I am using one of them as an open kitchen pantry and have food and some other items stored on it like my food dehydrator and an electric grill. It's a great shelving unit for storing heavy cases of bottled drinking water. I keep smaller items like cans and glass jars in plastic bins that I placed on the wire shelves so I have no problem with anything slipping through the open wire grid of the shelves. I have my kitchen pantry shelving unit standing next to my refrigerator and it's about 3" shorter than the refrigerator so it fits very nicely into my kitchen. I have the other shelving unit in my bathroom entryway and use it for linens and other bathroom items. I covered that unit with a decorative length of fabric so it fits in with my decor. This shelving unit comes with both casters and stationary feet that are adjustable so you can level the shelf unit and you have the option of using it as either a stationary or a rolling shelving unit. I used the casters and they roll very easily and smoothly and seem well-built and sturdy. I find that the casters are more than adequate to easily roll the unit even when it's fully loaded with all my kitchen pantry and linen closet/bathroom items. I like that you can order hooks separately and use them to hang things off the sides of this shelf. It's very a strong and versatile shelving unit and solved a lot of my storage problems. I plan on ordering another one or two of these units for my sewing/craft room. I'm very happy with this product and would highly recommend it.

Well designed and reasonably sturdy - good quality casters allow it to roll smoothly. Easy to assemble - the instructions don't help much as they are not well written, but assembly is basically intuitive. Recommended product.
