It is a beautiful set. I have the rest of the set and was just looking to expand it. Unfortunately, the bowl arrived split in half. All other pieces were in great shape and well packaged. I was very surprised, but have tried reaching customer service to only be on hold forever with no reply.

Elegant and classy looking appetizer plates

This is the second time that I have ordered these dishes. I have an existing service for 4 and really wanted a service for 8, but it seems that the seller is unable to ship unbroken product. Both times the bowl portion of the dinner service has arrived broken. For the price of the dinnerware Wedgewood needs to pack better in their Wedgewood box. The shipper encasing it in two more boxes does not do anything for product arriving unbroken. Now I have over a $1,000 tied up waiting for a refund and nothing to show for the purchase but broken dinnerware.

Beautiful set- I would recommend anyone to buy these.

I did not unpack all the dishes until kitchen remodel complete. One of the bowls is broken and there is no option to return. Not that I want to pack up an entire box of 4 compete place settings to return. I would like the individual bowl to be replaced.
