its just perfect, firm support and very adjustable!

I have nothing to compare it to, but it’s working very well. I have a double hernia, and I found that by putting it on with the inserts flat side against me I’m pretty much totally unaware I have it on. I started out with the opposite side of the inserts against me and it was just a little too much pressure and made it somewhat. Uncomfortabl. An untucked T-shirt covers it completely.

I was very impressed how helpful this is. I'm on my feet alot and this belt really helps relieve the pain I was getting in my groin. Highly recommend this belt
