Nampons were exactly as advertised and truly exceeded my expectations. They stopped the bleeding significantly faster than anything I’ve ever used before, which was immediately noticeable and incredibly reassuring. On top of that, they were surprisingly comfortable to use. The design is clearly made with the nose in mind—they fit well, stayed securely in place, and didn’t feel awkward or intrusive. The thickness was just right: effective without being bulky or uncomfortable. Because of the smart, nose-specific design and how well they performed, I was able to continue working without interruption and stay active without worrying about bleeding or constant adjustments. They held up extremely well over time and remained comfortable throughout use. Overall, Nampons combine excellent performance, thoughtful design, and comfort, making them a reliable and well-executed product that delivers exactly what it promises.

Can’t rate this high enough. Insert, apply pressure then after the bleeding has stopped (which is a guess considering you’ve this shoved up your nostril) wait 10 minutes and remove. It starts off as a short flat stick then expands when wet. Has a clotting agent that helps keep the bleed brief. It’s expensive but worth it especially if you’re in public.

As a parent, I am always on the lookout for products that actually work when it comes to taking care of sudden, unexpected moments. My son had a random nosebleed one evening while simply washing the dishes. It came out of nowhere and caught both of us off guard. Normally, I would just hand him a wad of toilet paper or tissues and hope it stopped quickly, but that method is messy, slow, and not very effective. Thankfully, we had just received these Nampons Kids Nosebleed Stoppers and I decided to try one right away. I am so glad I did. The difference was immediate. As soon as we placed the Nampon in his nose, the bleeding started to slow down quickly, and within minutes it had stopped completely. There was no dripping, no constant swapping out of tissues, and no mess on his hands or face. It stayed securely in place and absorbed everything without causing him any discomfort. In fact, he commented that it felt much better than having toilet paper shoved up his nose, which always irritated his skin. What I really appreciate is the thoughtful design. The material is soft and clearly made with kids in mind. It is not scratchy or stiff, and it does not fall apart like tissue or toilet paper can. Each one comes individually wrapped, which is perfect for keeping in a purse, car, backpack, or first aid kit. They are small and lightweight but incredibly effective. Since that first experience, I have made sure to keep a few of these in every place we might need them—home, school bag, car, and even my nightstand. My son occasionally gets nosebleeds from dry air or seasonal allergies, and now we no longer panic or scramble for a solution. These take the stress out of the situation and help us handle it calmly and quickly. Overall, this product is something I wish I had discovered sooner. It is incredibly practical, especially for young kids who may feel anxious or scared when they see blood. Nampons make the experience much easier for both the child and the parent. If your child experiences nosebleeds even occasionally, these are an absolute must-have. I cannot recommend them enough. Five stars all the way.

These are expensive ($2 per bloody nostril - cheapest I found on Amazon) but very effective. I try to save these for when I'm at work (I wear a facemask if I have these in). They are very discreet and easy to carry around individually. I get pretty severe nosebleeds and this size is rarely not enough to them up. My big complaint - even more than the cost - is that the individually wrapped units are very hard to get out of their packaging when you're fighting a bleed. Still, they work and they work well.

Individually packaged, convenient, easy to use and absorbs and stops nose bleeds. Contains a clotting agent that really works fast. So much better than cotton balls, Kleenix, etc. because, when removed, the nosebleed doesn't start up again. I am a repeat customer.

Sorry if the pic is gross. It's just so that people can see how they look before and after use. Nampons stopped me from having to go to the ER. I have varicose veins in my nose, so not only do they bleed easily sometimes, but it can get really bad too. The only disappointment I feel is in myself for not getting these sooner. Due to varicose veins, pinching my nose tends to make the bleed worse because the exposed vein is so vulnerable that if done wrong, it can actually open the wound more. So I usually end up having to just hold a tissue up into my nose while it clots, then remove the clot after 20 minutes and hope it's still not bleeding. With nampons, all I had to do was pop one in really quick, wait 5 actual seconds for it to expand, and then wait for it to clot. It clots well because of the clotting agent it's coated in. It did not bleed out around the device as it was in my nose. I was worried about removal because of how delicate my varicose veins are, but it actually came out pretty easily and did not cause it to re-bleed either time I've used it. When it expands, it applies slight pressure to the inside of the nose enough to assist in stopping the bleeding. Directions say to also apply pressure from outside the nose, but for me I risk damaging the vein and making it worse. So for me, they expand enough to create light pressure on the area while not being too much to risk damaging the wound upon removal. As someone who has dealt with nose bleeds their whole life, I'd highly recommend these, and will always have several on hand.

Worth it. Nosebleeds usually last me 20-30 minutes and when i use these the bleeding stops almost instantly. Carry one or two in your wallet when you go out.

Me ayudo mucho para parar las epistaxis. Es solo para uso temporal y te primera respuesta contra el sangrado de nariz. Al final tuve que acudir a cauterización.
