I don’t know how good this is compared to different nipple balms, but in terms of the ingredients, I recommend. I was quite shocked to find out what was in many of the nipple creams and balms that are out there. Es una maravilla, tenía los pezones al rojo vivo por usar sacaleches, tenía la otra crema de esta misma marca pero es muy pastoza,está no deja olor ni sabor y se ve más natural, en 3 días mis pezones se recuperaron, ahora la utilizo siempre que me saco leche
