I absolutely love this is fits great I'm 5ft4in and approx 155lb last I checked and this fits great it's a bit more sturdy that I was expecting for what it is only issue if you put in on backwards (which is easy to do) it will fall off of your shoulders so you'll know immediately and my husband loves it too

I laughed when I took it out of the package. There were no instructions as to which way was up or down (there's openings on both ends), nor which was the front or back. It was a flimsy piece of fabric that looked like a giant spider with 4 legs. I tried to get it on my arms and shoulders first and it wouldn't even fit the girth of my arms so I was certainly not going to try and get it on my legs. It was stretched so tight that the individual fibers hurt where they cut into my skin. Nice idea, but completely impractical.
