Hard Drive crashed after one month
Hard Drive has crashed after a month of use. We have tried date recovery software to gain access and recover the data on hard drive. No software has been able to access the drive. Also, when the drive is plugged in to the laptop the File Explorer becomes unresponsive, and my screen goes black and we then have to restart the laptop. May be I've been unlucky and received a bad hard drive, but something doesn't seem right.... Sadly I'm just outside of my 30 day return and will have to eat the loss. UPDATE... Weve taken the hard drive out of the plastic case to find out it's a Toshiba drive inside with a date of 29th November 2017. That just seems to be a very long time to be sold as new.

Great for the apple laptop, slim & lightweight.
I originally bought this item for my iPhone 13 Pro Max but unfortunately it wasn’t compatible although it works perfectly well with the apple laptop. No need for formatting, just plug it in & it’s ready to go. Good price & lightweight.

Instructions are in small print. But once you read it and see that it's easy to set up. Everything works ok. Fast delivery. Handy to have minimum set up. Small size, great for slipping into laptop bag.

Responded well when plugged as backup storage to my ps4. But alerted me on slow speed. But to me is working as it should.
