they grow their garlic in human feces runoff and then bleach it to make it look better nowhere did they say that it was from china I wouldn't eat it ever

Is this food?
I'm not entirely certain this is food. I say that because the garlic is extraordinarily tasteless. Also, it's been sprouting faster than I can eat it. Is this really food or did I buy plant starters of some sort by mistake?
