Item arrived in apparently good condition, but on opening and trying to charge the indicator light did not work and the battery became quite hot. I immediately replaced the item as it was originally packed in its original box and returned the item expecting a full refund as per the indicated conditions on their advert. However, I received an email from them saying g they would be charging a 70% “restocking fee” as the item was opened and “used”, and that they had refunded only the remaining 30% of purchase price to me. Of course it had been opened! This is how I found out it was defective - and it was only used in terms of trying to charge it. As for the “restocking fee” - why would they restock a defective item? This is opportunistic behaviour on the part of the seller in charging a restocking fee and not processing a full refund for a faulty item that they had sold. Avoid this seller.
