Loved it until the heavy duty grate broke
After 3 weeks the grate broke. Very disappointed that the grate broke. Don’t think we exceeded the weight limit but it broke and our ginger jar fountain sunk and turned over. Disappointed, especially with the cost of it. We will have to find a metal grate and start over.

Used this basin to create a fountain out of leftover flagstone. Added cinder block to support the extra weight. Costs a little more, but it's quite sturdy. Exactly what I needed.

Just as described in listing.
This product is durable and very well built. We installed a bubbling water rock feature on it weighing over 300 lbs and it has held the weight. Perfect fit and size for our landscaping area we used it in. I would recommend this to anyone!

A tad bigger than described, but works well
Sturdy. easy to install. but measuring to outside (to plan for the whole you dig) is actually 27" x 27" In additon to the vase pictured, it's also covered with river stones.

KNOW THE WEIGHT OF YOUR Fountain..
EXPENSIVE PIECE OF PLASTIC. This is only good for fountains for about 200lbs and UNDER. If you EVEN think you have more weight than that buy additional cinder blocks to put under the grate. My estimation of my fountain weight was low and this product being very expensive plastic began sagging about a month after I installed it. The company didn’t offer to remedy the situation but suggested I put the cinder blocks under the grate for additional support which I did just recently. Even though the grate is basically broken/split at the seams it seems to be holding a week since i installed the blocks. I will update as time passes.
