BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK
I bought this desktop computer a few weeks ago, and it’s been a complete nightmare. From the start, the hard drive made strange clicking noises, and soon after, the computer completely crashed. Now, all I get is a black screen — it won’t even turn on properly. I tried troubleshooting, unplugging, and even contacting support, but nothing worked. The company’s customer service was slow to respond and offered no real help. For the amount I spent, I expected something reliable, not a machine that dies within days. This has been one of the worst purchases I’ve ever made. The bad hard drive, black screen, and power issues make this computer totally useless. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone — save yourself the frustration and buy from a brand that actually stands behind their products.

Very Nice Machine
Nice computer it's super clean inside and out, it's very fast and was easy to set up. Took off one star because there was no WIFI whatsoever on this machine even though the listing said it came with built in WIFI. I was able to set up windows 11 with an ethernet cable to get online, then salvaged the TP Link WIFI card from the computer this one is replacing and downloaded the drivers to make it work. Had I been relying on this machine having WIFI out of the box I would have been out of luck.

Substandard components
Cheap HD and ram used. The drive was such crap the the plastic drive connector key came off in the SATA cable.
