I bought this desktop computer a few weeks ago, and it’s been a complete nightmare. From the start, the hard drive made strange clicking noises, and soon after, the computer completely crashed. Now, all I get is a black screen — it won’t even turn on properly. I tried troubleshooting, unplugging, and even contacting support, but nothing worked. The company’s customer service was slow to respond and offered no real help. For the amount I spent, I expected something reliable, not a machine that dies within days. This has been one of the worst purchases I’ve ever made. The bad hard drive, black screen, and power issues make this computer totally useless. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone — save yourself the frustration and buy from a brand that actually stands behind their products.

Nice computer it's super clean inside and out, it's very fast and was easy to set up. Took off one star because there was no WIFI whatsoever on this machine even though the listing said it came with built in WIFI. I was able to set up windows 11 with an ethernet cable to get online, then salvaged the TP Link WIFI card from the computer this one is replacing and downloaded the drivers to make it work. Had I been relying on this machine having WIFI out of the box I would have been out of luck.

Cheap HD and ram used. The drive was such crap the the plastic drive connector key came off in the SATA cable.

A good price but does not have a 2.0 hdml slot for a monitor. A very fast computer.

This is a great computer and although older, was a relatively high end machine in its day, and still delivers great performance for ordinary work in Windows 11. I chose this machine because I need the expansion slot capability. You should be aware that the mouse and keyboard provided are not Dell, but new aftermarket replacements. They should be fine, but I'm using my own mouse and keyboard. Another thing you should be aware of, this computer has a ventilation port on the top of the case. I've never seen that before on a tower case. This means you can't really put anything on top of the case that would block the air flow. I somehow managed to corrupt the Windows image provided with the computer (my fault)., The Dell bios was able to download and replace the Windows 11 image. Great feature! The refurber stuck packing tape to the computer case. It was very difficult to get off. Also the button cell bios battery (2032) provided on the motherboard of the computer was dead. I had to replace it. Other than these two issues, I'm very happy with my purchase!

El equipo tardó en llegar y desde el primer uso presentó problemas. El SSD venía defectuoso, causando un rendimiento muy lento (lag), algo inaceptable para un equipo con i7 y 32 GB de RAM. Se supone que es reacondicionado, pero claramente no fue probado correctamente. No cumple con lo prometido. A esta altura me es más viable cambiar yo la tarjeta SSD que solicitar rembolso que tardaría otros 45 días.

Decent value. The power supply fan was a bit noisy, but I ordered a replacement. The Coin cell battery was also nearly at 0V, but I had a replacement on hand because it's an extremely common part. This was a good value for the money, though I suggest replacing the cr2032 batteries before selling them so these work properly right out of the box when people get them.
