Orthopedic Sandals for Women Arch Support Recovery Slides Cloud Slippers for Plantar Fasciitis | Extremely Comfort

I have a medium-high arch and have been struggling with insertional Achilles tendonitis off and on for the last year. I think one of the causes (in addition to playing tennis) is that I would walk around the house in just socks, and that when I did wear something on my feet in the house (like Crocs), it wasn't helping enough and didn't have enough arch support. I am working on improving my footwear to have more arch support but with enough cushioning that the arch supports aren't too stiff and don't hurt my feet. That was my problem before with arch inserts--they hurt! And they didn't give much shock absorption. But that's because the shoes I used them in didn't have enough cushioning. I know better now. To wear around the house, I tried on Oofos slides in a store and didn't want to pay that much ($60). And they seemed to drop my heel too much. That's not good for AT. Tried on Nike, Adidas, slides etc. Nothing was right. Decided to try these from Amazon for $14 and I love them! They are magical! I just ordered a second pair to store for later in case these stop being made. I wear them anytime I don't have regular shoes on. They give me plenty of cushioned arch support and absorb shock really well. It is firm enough to be supportive, but not too stiff. I also got new insoles from Amazon to wear in my skechers sneakers, and I bought a pair of casual Kuru shoes. All of these interventions are working. My heels are not super painful after walking a mile or more. They feel pretty good when I get up in the morning. I don't need to ice them after cutting the grass with a battery push mower. I think I'll be back to playing tennis in a couple weeks, which I'm thrilled about! I do find that I have to wear socks with these or my feet get too sweaty and slip around in them.

Nice fit. Arch support, but not high enough for very high arches. Comfortable and flexible. Grips floor not to slide in water.

Great for walking on hard floors. My feet require cushioning after too much barefoot walking when younger. These fit the bill perfectly.

Shoes are okay, not really wide width. They are comfortable, lightweight, but do not wear them in the garden if you plan on your feet getting wet because your feet will slide around in the shoe. If your feet sweat, plan on your feet sliding around in the shoes and the shoes coming off your feet. The shoes are a danger to walk in if your feet are wet. Plan on going barefoot if your feet get wet. The shoes are a nuisance if your feet get wet, I cannot describe how horrible these shoes are if your feet end up getting wet and you are wearing these shoes!

Love how they fit and feel. They have just the right amount of arch support.

Very comfortable slides. The metatarsal hump that is toward the top of the slide feels good and has helped relieve the pain I was having at the ball and side of my foot. I've been wearing these non stop for 3 days and I can walk again with no pain.

Another update: the amazing squishiness is disappearing after several months of daily use ☹️. Update to my review below! I wore these with white socks this evening and the socks have black stripes on them! What's coming off and absorbing into my skin when I'm wearing them barefoot?? I was going to return them for a smaller size anyway, now definitely returning. So I returned for a smaller size and figured I would wash them a few times to see if the black gunk would come off. The smaller size is much harder and less cushioned than the larger size. Oh well. I feel like it could keep ordering pair after a pair of these Chinese "pillow/recovery" slides and everyone would be a different size and a different width and a different comfort level. I have a very high arch, and the arch in this sandal is fantastic. Very comfortable soft squishy footbed. That said, they run really big. I have very wide feet, they're wider than many of my male friends' feet, and they're wide clear up to the top of the toe box. These sandals bang around on my feet with too much room. So there's zero support from the straps, which makes them slash around on your feet. It says that this is a women's size, but I'm guessing that these are unisex size, which always run a little large, and the width is sized for men's feet. Add to that that they're 3/4 inch too long, and it makes them a little unstable. These were a great sale, $14: I'm going to have to order a smaller size, which is $10 more 😿. I usually wear an 8 wide, I ordered a 7.5 - 8, and I'm going to try going down a size to 6.5 - 7. I've been wanting to try a recovery sandal for a long time; hope I can get the right size in these.

The price was good. Size is not accurate. It does not have the arch support and it feels weird while wearing. I had to return it, however amazon offered returnless refund. Packaging was just with a plastic cover. No brand name or anything. Material is plastic. Amazon delivery service was good👍🏻

Sizing is a mess. Shoe not comfortable. Arch support minimal. Don’t recommend for plantar fasciitis.
