A must need after hip replacement surgery
I couldn’t wait to try this out . As soon as it was delivered, I tried it out with ankle socks because that’s what I wear. I had a hip replacement and I still can’t put my sock and shoe on . The shoes are no problem now because I bought Skechers slip on tennis shoes, but putting on my sock on the bad hip was impossible. My husband had to put it on for me . So I ordered this to help me , I absolutely love it and it works great even with my ankle socks. So easy and fast . Thank you.

Make life a little easier with a simple yet very effective tool
Seems too simple of a solution but it absolutely works! Definitely worth buying. This is a game changer for me. Thanks for giving me back some independence.

Seems to work ok. Worthwhile.
On normal feet should work fine. Both my feet swollen, left worse, swelling in ankle also. Also both lower calves bandaged. Had to reach down and start sock over beginning of bandage, not difficult-it’s getting the sock started that is so hard for me, then ok. Right foot worked perfectly. Left was some wrestling with the ropes to get over the heel, but succeeded. Then pulling the rest of my stretchy diabetic socks over calves no problem. If the rope end had been even a half inch wider it would have been less of a problem. This could be a similar problem for those with very wide feet/ankles. The reason for 4 stars. The ropes were a little long for me, but no problem, just threw a couple of knots up at the top. That said, I did get both socks on, and it was my first time. Probably get better with practice. Normal feet and regular socks I think it would rate a 5! I gifted these to my friend's husband who just struggled to get over the beer belly, he was thrilled, said it worked great. He is 77, I am female, almost 80, don’t drink beer so no excuse but 3 kids and age. 😉 I would buy these again. The sock (or shoe) remover is so much better than the two hook aid I have (still very usable) for me, as I have very sensitive feet and thin skin. I can use this one without pain. 👍

Love this product
Really easy to use. Strong plastic design. Makes it extremely easy for me to put my socks on with my back being so bad.

It takes a humble person to be able to use this. Or be honest with limited capabilities
So being as honest as possible my husband said it worked very good. But I also think it made him feel very dependent on something that he has always been able to do all of his life. There's no bills or whistles on it it's really simple to do. And even though I think it's very functional I don't think he's going to use it until he absolutely has to but it functions well

So helpful
It works!!! It's just over a week since I had my hip replaced and with these aides I can now put on and take off my compression socks. Regular socks are easy to do while compression socks take a little more work but this aid gets them on and off. This might sound silly but having the ability to do your own socks is incredibly liberating. Now I can take care of myself and I don't have to bother my wife and wait until she's ready to help. 100% recommend!!

Poor quality
I have bought this product twice. The first one broke after 2 months of my using it a few times a week. The second one has just broken now after using it to put on just one sock, one time . Clearly this product is not well made.

I had difficulty in placing the socks on the Sock Aid Kit as my sock necks were difficult to stretch. Also as I have arthritis of my fingers I was unable to pull them up on the Aid.The sock horn is good
