The lunchbox is everything it says it is. It has plenty of room for sanwiches, mealprep containers, etc. The two ice packs keep drinks and food cold all day. First day I took a drink out of my lunchbox, I was impressed at how cold it was. I love all of the mealprep containers. The lids don't come off. They stay tight and secure. The only thing I don't like is the shaker bottler metal shaker. The bottle itself its the perfect size, and the lid is secure with no leaks. But, the metal blender inside is not the best. The metal ring pops out of the shaker from the first use. It's fairly easy to pop it back on the track but its really annoying. The shaker itself is also a pain to fit properly in the bottle and it makes it difficult to fit the lid on properly. I would recommend a design change for the shaker to a wired blender ball. Otherwise this is a nice product. I'd recommend it to anyone.
