eSUN ABS+ Filament 1.75mm, eABS+HS High Speed 3D Printer Filament ABS Plus, Dimensional Accuracy +/- 0.05mm, 1KG Spool (2.2 LBS) for 3D Speedy Printing

Printer: Qidi Q1 Pro Print temp: 260 Bed Temp: 105 Chamber Temp: 55 Retraction: 0.6mm Haven't had a single failed print with this yet - just started with a generic ABS profile on Orca and then ran calibration. Haven't tested dimensional accuracy but not had any Shrinking or warping. The colour is also great - it's a very vibrant orange, closer to the Pursa Orange than the faded orange they offer on their PLA, so that was a nice surprise. Very happy with this so far.

It’s a good filament never had an issue with it always dry and non tangled and well protected, my only niggle was not realising how many slight different shades of red they had which again is a me problem as I didn’t realise I had a different shade on a mid print change

Absolutely AWFULL layer adhesion, printed at 260c with speed at 180mms, I can tear it apart by hand, print speed for this suppose to be up to 300mms, absolute junk, good for the bin, all 2kg of it

I like eSun filament and tend to stick with brands i trust. This is my first reel of ABS, its well wound onto the spool. I'm printing with a K1C so selected a generic ABS profile in Creality Print as a start point, I did have issues with warping but added a raft and problem went away. This filament does produce fumes, needs good ventilation if you're to survive... Gave me a matt finish with good layers and good layer bonding. Feels lighter than PLA and stiffer. Feels more like a grown up engineering plastic. I needed some M3 threads and the ABS took tapping the threads very well. With PLA I would have used brass inserts. Overall very pleased. I needed this ABS for its better heat tolerance so it'll be kept as special use filament. rather than the day to day PLA. Since this purchase of black I've acquired some in white too.

I've used their black, white and red ABS. It prints great. The only thing I don't like is that their white is more translucent than I'd like. I wanted something more opaque. My go to for ABS.

I needed b;ack abs, so I tried this HS version, could not print with it, half of spool went just on adjusting the print settings and yet didn't achieve any good result. ABS+ is absolutely great fillament, HS version kinda rubish to me.

Hi, I have gone through quite a few spools of this (20+), and it has become my default. The smell is very manageable, and print bed and layer adhesion are both really good (in comparison to the previous generation where I got a lot of delamination on the Bambu lab due to speed of print). I used to complain about the cardboard spools and had to in the past re-spool, which was annoying. These days, however, the card seems to hold up well, with no deformation, spins well in the AMS, and doesn't jump about when getting low/light on the spool.

Using this for my accent color on a voron 2.4. Have been printing the parts with a modified ender v3 using a hemera revo with no issues. The printer is in an enclosure which I let heat up to around 40c. Use a little bit of cooling for overhangs, just to help cool the filiment

Ich habe das eSUN ABS+ Filament (1.75 mm, ABS+HS) nun umfangreich getestet und bin rundum überzeugt. Besonders positiv fiel mir die hervorragende Druckbetthaftung in Kombination mit Kleber auf. Selbst größere Bauteile, die bei ABS gerne zum Warping neigen, blieben absolut stabil auf dem Druckbett haften. Das Ergebnis waren saubere Konturen und keinerlei Ablösungen während des gesamten Druckprozesses. Die Maßgenauigkeit von ±0,03 mm bestätigt sich im praktischen Einsatz: Die Extrusion ist gleichmäßig, die Layerlinien sind erstaunlich sauber für ABS, und Passstücke sitzen ohne Nacharbeit so, wie sie sollen. Auch bei schnelleren Druckgeschwindigkeiten bleibt das Material zuverlässig und produziert konstante Ergebnisse. Das beworbene „High Speed“-Potenzial zeigt sich spürbar – das Filament verzeiht selbst anspruchsvollere Parameter, ohne an Qualität einzubüßen. Die Oberflächenqualität ist matt und hochwertig. Das Material wirkt robust, stabil und gut geeignet für funktionsfähige Bauteile, die Belastung aushalten müssen. Auch die Spule selbst ist ordentlich gewickelt; es gab während des Tests keine Verwicklungen oder Spannungspunkte im Filament. Unterm Strich bietet dieses ABS+ Filament von eSUN eine sehr zuverlässige, absolut praxistaugliche Kombination aus Stabilität, Maßhaltigkeit und hervorragender Haftung. Für jeden, der ABS-Teile schnell, sauber und ohne Warping drucken möchte, ist es eine klare Empfehlung.

悪くなかったです。グレーはグレーでも、紫寄りのグレーですね。ヴァイオレットグレー。黒と白を、混ぜたグレーではないです。グレーのバリエーションに最適ですよ。

Drukowałem na BambuLab P1S, z ustawieniami ze strony eSun3d, na podłożu PEI teksturowanym, bez kleju. Żadnych problemów z adhezją modelu do podłoża (trzymał się w trakcie wydruku, sam odczepił się gdy podłoże wystygło) i bez rozwarstwiania się. Zamierzam zakupić inne kolory.
