The lights are housed in a plastic shell however they are more sturdy than I expected and the plastic housing makes it even safer to mount and install with suction cups. The suction cups even come with suction cup double adhesive pads for additional sturdiness. Installation is easy, the only thing you'll need besides what's in the box is a philips head screwdriver to secure the mounting bracket to the lights themselves. They fit very well on my front windshield, the wiring is easy and each wire is long enough to reach wherever I want it to be. Their performance is amazing with bright lights and plenty of patterns to choose from out of 20 different patterns options including traffic advisory directions. The pattern control box is bigger in person than I had expected which I like. Overall, good product and I am pleased!

Bought these for a snow plow truck, decided to test them on my personal vehicle and they work amazingly well. Very bright even at day and guaranteed to help you stay seen in heavy weather conditions. The wiring is also long enough for routing them through the cab. Definitely worth the money. Yes they are cheaply made, but you get what you pay for, and these are obviously not made for outdoor use, so it’s a great deal on interior light bars.

I ordered the Amber and white and purple and white. Extremely bright! After seeing how bright they were I ordered the green and white. Unfortunately no way to tie in all together so there is a controller for each set, which isn't that bad because you can run separate patterns which there are 20 each with a takedowns and a favorite preset button. You most likely will have to get a adapter for multiple outlets.Very durable and light plastic casing. Easy to mount with suction cups that work great. I've seen complaints about the suction cups not staying. Just like anything else make sure you wet them before you stick them as they will not stick just putting them up dry.

I’ve had them for about a week now they work really well day or night. The only reason they’re not a five star is the chords are extremely long otherwise great product multiple flash patterns, nice and bright. This would be a good budget, friendly alternative light bar I didn’t personally read the instructions. I didn’t need to durability seems pretty solid steadiness as well.

So far so good. Included is a photo of the Amber 02 Lights mounted behind a full sheet of 35% window tint (35% visible, 65% of light blocked out) Still very visible through the tint. Ymmv, I do get some flash back even with steady/solid burn pattern that is seen in the photo. Overall, I would definitely recommend them at this point in time. Two considerations, 1 - If you mount everything and tighten the screws after the unit is suction mounted in place on the windshield, you may need a stubby (short) phillips screwdriver or of it's a really tight fit like mine, a right angle screwdriver. 2 - Know the laws in your area pertaining to auxiliary and/or emergency lights in reference to mounting and/or usage.

I purchased these for my husband. Very easy assembly, the wires were a perfect length and the adjustments are easy. Light levels are perfect, and we haven’t had any issues even after may days of rain so I’d say the water resistance is very good as well. 10/10
