A Guide to Gemstones and Rocks

A good book for kids to identify and learn about gem stones. My son is 7 and loves collecting gem stones but didn’t know what some of them were. This short book gives a brief description of them and provides some useful background. It is designed as a children’s basic introduction, and I suppose if they then want to learn more there are more detailed books and the internet to access. Nicely written and well designed for kids and new collectors.
