The best scanner ever! It scans fast and is very easy to use. We used when we were practicing law and wore our last scan snap out. Getting rid of old papers but keeping in an electronic form. You cannot go wrong with scan snap. The receipt function on this newer model is fantastic.

In addition to other roles, I handle the accounting work for a law firm using Quickbooks online and hate dealing with bulky chron files and paper. The scan feature on this unit is fast and easy to use with a menu selection for selecting the destination folder. It directly scans into Quickbooks online although I haven't made full use of this feature as I pay most expenses using ACH, Zelle, etc so I am not scanning the invoice in conjunction with creating a check. All in all a great purchase and easy to use.

We are a small business with 4 employees. I do all the recieving, billing, etc. THIS little buddy has been the absolute BEST piece of office equipment i have purchased. Yes, you will have to set some things up "over time". Basically i set up different folders so when i scan my documents i separate them first and scan them into their designated folders. Now, i can literally scan them all in less time that it takes for me to file them. AND all my documents are now "digital" and stored with backups. I spend 75% easy less time filing, pulling invoices, attaching, etc than I did before this little gem! LOVE IT!

Love this ScanSnap Scanner, use it everyday for work, easy to install and use. Also has the capability to scan photos.

I have had a Neat Desk scanner since they came out. When they changed the software began the issues. It became more troublesome than it was worth. I had to have an ID remade and the receptionist had to scan in several documents, different sizes, and even other smaller scale cards. She did them all within about 15 seconds, front and back with the smaller desktop version of this scanner. Excellent quality product. I looked for the scanner online when I got home. I bought the larger scanner with 'better' software, same company. Footprint is still small. Folding cover keeps the dust out of the scanner, which is great for longevity. I'm telling you, this scanner is quiet, fast, and downright amazing. I had to scan hundreds of bills and I put them in sections of 50, front and back. I was done in less than 5 minutes including the time to reclip them. Not a hiccup in the bunch! The Neat Desk scanner was donated to Salvation Army the same day! It works, but it's ridiculous amount of time to do the same work. I mean hours comparatively. As a Realtor, I need quality and work done expediently. This machine is amazing. So far, so good. Best money I've spent in awhile. FWIW: Very easy to set up, intuitive, and will make light of a pile of work.

Great machine machine but it could use some updates number one the OCR and software quality for a machine that expensive should be able to identify clearly name of the vendor and amount consistently instead of randomly. 2nd any authorize user should be able to use any of the “users profiles” from any computers instead of one user per computer and unable to use that set profile in another PC or laptop. Thats justifies my 4 start rating. I do enjoy the fact that hardly gets a paper jam and has a decent speed. Wireless connectivity is flawless and its scanning capabilities are better than old series and competitors

This scans like a champ! Just place a stack of paper or receipts in the feeder and let it rip. Three feeder slots, one for letter or legal size paper and two smaller sizes for receipts and business cards. Can scan both single or double sided papers. Scanned pages come out clear and easy to read. Make work life a little easier.

Excellent scanner. It is really effective at scanner for both documents and pictures. Also, we scanned both small and large size pictures and it had no problem. Also, very happy with the software and its adaptability with the projects we've been working on. It is also fast!
